If you haven't already, you should check out Thomas Köner. Nuuk is in my opinion his best album. If you search youtube for "Suburban Industrial Landscape", the first video result will be the song Polynya II, its taken from this album.

I recommend upping the quality by getting another copy of the song / album, the listening experience will be greatly elevated.
