@Sarakry It's not too hard to do. Let's say you're using Miku and you want her to slowly raise her arms from her side to above her head, and you want this action to take ten seconds. 30fps means that you would want to go 300 in the frame manipulation and register the movement you want. If you need help, let me know. My problem personally is that I can't get .avi files from MMD... This was a really good tutorial though. Also, Interplotation curve is good if you want to change speeds in the move.

I have a problem with coping key frames. I copied key frames 4-6 and reverse paste them on frame 7. The problem is when i go to press play the pasted key frames. It only plays the key frames 0-5. The reverse pasted key frames  on frames 7-10 aren't played back. What am I doing wrong?

Note this isn't an interpolation problem because i have no interpolation and teh positions are where I want them to be.
