use ur console xD say record "wtf u want" then press enter, and when the video is done, use ur console again and type in...uhm... viewdemo "wtf u said eariler", and then record with fraps, i think thats it

If you want to record well in FRAPS. Then you'll need.

1. Required Specs to run game smoothly (30FPS+)

2. Have a hard drive that can write fast (3.0GB/SEC is fast)

3. That's pretty much it.

NO! When recording with fraps, you will NOT! record live.. So what you do is, that, you type: record (Name of the demo) To record a demo, after you finished recording, by typing: stop in console, you are ready to start fraps, when thats done, you simply just type, playdemo (and the demos name) then you start fraps and record. If still lagg, you got serius problems with you computer..

you don't know how to record, you use dynamic crosshair, you use 16-bit video mode. you need to uninstall steam, and quit gaming.

You prabobly recording while gameplay. what u should do first is RECORD(demoname) and when done, STOP. Then PLAYDEMO (demoname)[All these type in console] and THEn record with fraps.

all you gotta do is record demos go to console and type record 1 then when your done recording type stop in console then view 1 in console and record then w/ fraps.

And I don't tend to spray with the M4. I tried bursting but I only shot 1 - 2 bullets
