A parte che anche Nina Stemme tende a un'emissione piuttosto intubata la sua voce è molto più educata e meglio 'messa' di quella di Licitra. Che se avesse studiato di più e meglio avrebbe potuto brillare come un grande tenore lirico spinto. Ora però temo che sia tardi...

L'opera distrugge le voci di tutti i cantanti, dovrebbero fare un pó piú di pause tra una recita e l'altra,peró non tutti riescono a riprendersi e cosi cantano con voci scoppiate.Poi con questi registi che si credono di essere chi sa chi!!!!

Salvatore Licitra has an excellent voice but he's always had difficulty singing in the higher registers where his notes are not solid and true. Still in the field of todays singers he can stand out and earn a living.

Licitra is a beautiful voice but always sings like a couched student without a personal style or feelings and Radames is not probably a good choice for him since he is a liric tenor

Agreed that Licitra has a beautiful voice. Prefer his performance in "Tosca". Aida is in no way an easy job for Role Radames. Still prefer Stefano's work for the piece. But its an unfair comment isnt it? Licitra is only 39 yo by now and have his offical debutt in stage performance less than 10 years.... I am still a great fans of him, despite he cannot sing a clean high C.

I wish he'd loosen up a little and become a mature musician, otherwise it souns correct but boaring:)
