You were definitely in the pocket. The pocket is defined as being inside the "tackle box", which means between where the left tackle and right tackles line up. Look where your Right Tackle was at the start of the play, and where the ball was when it left your hand... you were definitely inside the tackle box, thus it's intentional grounding, with the ball leaving your hand and the goal line, which is a safety.
