aww thats so clear! i always thought it was a bit grose that they swallow the fluid. cos then they pee it out n swallow it all over again. but i guess it preps them for the big wide world and knowing what to do when given milk. my daughters ultrasounds wernt this clear :(

Yes mine did it too. Did you know that they actually drink the amniotic fluid and digest and eliminate it as well? but the fluid stays exactly the same in a perfectly clean environment. It's really weird.

I just had my first scan this morning, 13 weeks... Isn't it the most amazing thing to see your baby for the first time? I couldn't get over the development and how quickly everything comes together.
