Are those better than "Cherry" microswitches in any way?

hi, i have an arcade stick which has those microswitches inside. I don't like the clicking sound they make. is there a way to modify them?

Just soldered a new microswitch for left-clicking into my trusty ol' Logitech mouse and disassembled the old, broken one. This made me courious; image search on the web, and there you are. Happy hacking, dostrame!
