What's wrong with learning from instructional videos? Not everyone is doing it for the Olympics and I don't want to go broke hiring a dive coach for a mere hobby.

You have to stop the board from moving before you initiate the dive

Online instructional videos are great "supplements" to personal coaches... I cant tell you how many times I have gone to practice confident and ready to learn a new dive, because I watched and studied them on youtube!!

im a diver i did a 1 1/2 tuck inward and got 7's and 8's this was a rly good dive

i'd say 6.5... he didn't break position and he put the dive in with a rip and went in straight up and down... He just hipped out a bit

Nice pop bud. Try not to let your shoulders fall back on take off. A bit stuck and short......(5-5.5)

I would have said (5.5-6), he didn't get over the board on the take off and pushed out instead. Also had bent arms on the throw a little bit.
