Last Gaurdian is going to be great, Majin and the forsaken kingdom is good too, but the game had some flaws that I thnk Last Gaurdian won't make. Team Ico is a team that can't make a bad game, even though they only released 2 so far they have been two of the best games for ps2(Coming to ps3). GT5 looks great. And I found out that they have a Final Fantasy where you can actually move called final fantasy versus, its beautiful it looks amazing.

The variety is great, this is an underrated game.

Don't read the reviews and write it off.

This game is a real work of art. The story is so mind bending an awesome, the voice acting is some of the best I've ever heard in any game, soundtrack = bad ass epic tunes...I think I'm gonna go slaughter some shades RIGHT NOW...and maybe a goat or two...^_^

This game is really epic. Say what you want about graphic, but atmosphere is amazing in this game. Story is EPIC! Emotional and unexpected. Also very complexive. You got to finish this game three times (!!) to understand it!

Thumbs up for everyone, who isn't sheep gamer, that plays just CoD 6/7/8/xxx, or NFS xxx, but who likes epic games.

@AlbedoAtoned It cut off the rest. Localization can be hard. Finding voice actors for both old and young Nier. not to mention change the dialog to fit the character and story. I'm sure you would come to the same decision. One solution would be to change the dialog to generic father brother talk. The game would suffer. After personally playing it I can say that it wouldn't benefit from the exttra protagonist. Besides Replicant was made to appeal to the japanese and wussy wapanese.

This game is great!! Both replicant and gestalt. I dont know why people dont like gestalt so much because the lead is an old man...the story is beautiful on both side especially the gestalt one.We don't usually see a father love their daughter so much that willing to sacrifice themselve to save their daughter...Replicant is better in graphic but the storyline is same,same and still same but the brother sister? its so...10 years ago we can see even in anime. XD

I finished the game (the 3 endings). The first hour i was like "this game is going to be great", but afther a while you realise the world you're playing in is pretty limited for a RPG. So for a moment there it felt like a B-type a game, but as i went further in the game i noticed it had a certain charm. And at the end i was pretty happy i bought this game. My advice: if you like rpg's with a lott of qeusts, items and weapons buy it, becaus otherwise its not worth it.

While I agree SE has been pumping out relatively shitty games for the past few years, this is actually the best game with their name on it, that I've played since Dragon Warrior 8.

Basically four people review the game, and they add the scores.

The scores for Replicant/Gestalt editions were the same. They said there's a lot more to it then meets the eye. It's an action rpg, if you're into that sort of thing check it out.
