I have this game and the mod looks kinds cool so:

If I download the mod and insert it into the game files on my pc, will these things spawn like normal police cars? Or does it act like a cheat where you have to manually make one appear? And do they actually have dogs inside, in which case do the police use them on you? Thanks!

@BoJanglezzzzzz as far as im aware, the dog is just there for looks, it is beyond the games design to make the dogs move, if you install everything correctly, the vehicle will spawn as either the ls police, sfpd of lvpd. Hope I've helped.
