The videos of Caylee taken by Casey are eerie. The poor child appears to be puzzled by the lack of response, doesn't know how to get a response, and just looks so forlorn. The videos taken by Cindy show a very different Caylee. We know when Cindy was behind the camera because we can hear her and we see Caylee enjoying herself. This video is just sad. It is shameful how they threw toys and junk at her as if that was love, but they let her speaking skills wither. It's amazing she was as far along as she was.
She was smart, you can see it in her eyes. The only way a Child learns language is by listening to the people around her. At her age she should have been holing them almost proper. Clearly was not shown how by adults around her. But she tries. And does well for a child in her surroundings.

Yeah I watch the news and yes I do care about all children who are starving being sold, abused, homeless needy, abducted etc....or anyone for that matter....The murderer of this child has yet to be brought to justice and I'm following the case so, what's your point? questioning the Anthonys honesty.I never trusted those people and think they are

@ThePressUsaTv Caylee was certainly not smart for her age. She should be speaking in sentences yet no one worked with her to help her to learn. It is shameful how they threw toys and junk at her as if that was love, but they let her speaking skills wither. I've never heard her speak a complete sentence and anyone who thinks she could count to 40 in spanish is as dumb as the Anthonys. Caylee was abused and neglected. It's amazing she was as far along as she was.

She was smart, you can see it in her eyes. The only way a Child learns language is by listening to the people around her. And clearly from all the videos I have watched no one was talking to her directly. She probably learned what she did know from the TV. Notice how she holds her colors? At her age she should have been holing them almost proper. Clearly was not shown how by adults around her. But she tries. And does well for a child in her surroundings.

How strange that whoever is behind the camera is not saying anything. Something tells me it is Casey. I have never seen someone who just does not say a word. YOu would think that if she hated Caylee, she wouldn't be shooting her video, but I don't see any loving reactions there at all.

This one and the "breakfast" one are so sad. No one talking to the baby - just a camera in her face. I wonder how often Caylee tried in vain to get her mother to interact with no results. Sort of creeped me out and then I think of Casey putting duct tape on Caylee's mouth and nose. It's almost like Casey thought of Caylee as a "pet" that could be euthanized when it no longer fit her lifestyle. Terrible tragedy. Just awful.

My husband and I had a horrible joke to make each other feel better if there was something in our parenting that we felt we could have done different or better. It went along the lines of, "Well, we may have messed that situation up, but as long as we're even talking to the kids they're one step above feral children."
I never thought that I would live to see the day that a video would validate that tasteless joke, let alone multiple videos.

Who was the cold hearted person taking this video? I would suspect Casey since she loved taking videos/photos. Another video without any interaction. How many times did Caylee say "cheese"? This precious baby never had a chance in such a dysfunctional house. RIP Caylee Marie.
