@owend1534 well both are the highest damage assault rifle guns, but I feel like the M14 is better. I guess its just what you use more to get used to it.

@BreakingTheClutch ya because i used both with no attachments and i thought the m14 was better. even though the fal is more accurate, just put grip on the m14 and i dont even see tht much recoil

Heck yes, I seem to even notice a difference between ps3 360 vids. I suspect that the sights have an impact. Because I use the Reflex sight.

@lubi125 Yeah the reflex sight might be the problem but, I notice a change from Xbox 360 to ps3 when comparing CoD4 in certain gun recoils. I dont have black ops on PS3 yet but hopefully soon I can make better comparisons to each console with the game.

The m14 reminds me of the M1 Grand when you just use ironsites

@TheEzedi That's because the M14 was derived from the M1. I don't have Black Ops yet, but I'm interested to see the M14s recoil myself. In real life it's nicknamed the "Anti-Aircraft Weapon" because of it's recoil, especially on full auto.
