peanut aka dave valance was a true rebel with co piolt densinger many happy days sat drinking tea in brewer street with ballshit walker. . neaver forget the old days. in heaven everything is fine. .jb.
@virusplanter...... I've just been accused of calling Peanut a Nazi!!! I never said he was and I never would,I don't know him well enough to make such a comment!
I remember Peanut from his pre-scooterist days at the Methodist Youth Club on Maidstone's Brewer Street. If memory serves me well he was a Ted back then with his drape-jacketed friend, who I think was named Ricky Ensinger LOL!
@HarveySoulFinger Yep he was a Ted. Him and his mate use to come into the Hollybush with all their Ted gear on. I'm glad i'm not in this clip because I would f'ing cringe but it is hilarious laughing at everyone else.....PMSL :-D
I am sure it was on this rally that I saw to idiots having a fight with buckets containing the contents of the campsites septic toilets!.....I didn't stay around too long to watch as it was flying everwhere.
Copped off with a nice girl from Dorset Modropheniacs. Can't remember her name.
It was a long ride back to Stoke after, I remember two lads from Congleton on a T5 having a blow out while nearing Rugby: the scoot flipped narrowly missing an oncoming car. Ambulance job.
whatever happened to the sceptres? still got the tattoo on me arm! never forgot the good days!! miss those nights after the king charles, speeding all night long in marlborough road!!! great fun!!!!
Nah, we still had plenty of wannabes then, and loads tunrning up in cars as well, not to say anything of the Blood & Honour idiots who turned up and made life hell for others.
Thanks for putting this up...I was there too, my how things have changed!
