Airport security timesaver: Tom Bihn Checkpoint Flyer briefcase

Most people carry lap top but often stolen when goes thru security checkpoint, Do they really keep your stuff safe? My suggestion dont bring too much shit. I remember back in late 70's I have witness passengers carry bags the size of volkswagon into the plane. Now average one bag per person, unless you are bringing a child whith crib with this that those stuff. We are bringing too much shit. Best way bring nothing with you. Not even a watch use your pager to know the time.

Tom Bihn is VERY expensive...this bag retails on their website for $220. But then nothing beats a USA-made handcrafted bag.

Great Idea :] Now, just always be with a male TSA official. Woman TSA are more stricter to enforce rules. There was 2 lines: a woman TSA officer at security and in another line, a Male TSA. The male didn't care whether i took my shoes off or not, the woman on other side was very strict about this.

RE TSA agents knowing this bag, I haven't found one yet who isn't aware of the new bags that don't require you to take the laptop out.

I'm loving mine! The build quality is fantastic and I couldn't have done a better job deciding how large and where each pocket should be located.
