No, I was about 20' away and zoomed in with my digital camera (not camcorder). There were rubber hoses covering the exahust tips which is why its quiet... plus the blower is always louder than the exhaust.

They are just the Hoen bulbs. I have them in the high beams, low beams, and fogs.
