  • Wow, and I thought Janie Fricke did a great job but I am fricken blown away. I love you, Reba!

  • oh hello 240p... we meet again..

  • :D me encanta!!! ;)

  • Reba and Janie both recorded this at about the same time but the record company released Janie's single first. Its too bad because although I love Janie Fricke, I think Reba's version is a whole lot better. True country and not middle of the road like Janie's. Reba does a fantastic job on this song.

  • @larkpraise If you compare Janie Fricke's music to that of Reba, you will find that Janie Fricke is more authentic. Reba changed her sound during the 1990s, recording songs that are nothing more than watered-down bad rock and roll. The 90s was a time when Garth and the "hat acts" destroyed traditional country music as we knew it, but I'm happy to say Janie still tours and records real country music, not rock or pop crap.

  • @hectorsalinasisback

Oh, I totally agree with you hectoralinasisback!! I'm just saying that I prefer Reba's version when Reba was still singing REAL country music. 1987 was the last really TRUE COUNTRY ALBUM for Reba when she recorded "The Last One To Know". Since then she's done nothing but this fake bubblegum crap that everyone else does and she is one of the guilty parties who committed murder on music row!!

  • @larkpraise Yeah for sure. I've got most of Reba's 80s albums, which sadly are out of print. You can't just go to the store and buy them anymore. Places like Goodwill and Salvation Army are where you find her old 80s CDs and vinyls, which are becoming very rare.

  • @hectorsalinasisback SO SO true hectorsalinasisback

  • It's not actually "Reba's song," as you say: Janie Fricke recorded beforehand.

Reba does it well, although I do prefer Janie.

  • For My Broken Heart (:

  • @RebaRoxxMySoxx13 moving oleta and all dressed up with know where to go. theres a bunch moe but these are good sad! :(

  • love it

  • The video is on Yahoo music

  • what jamie from 11 months ago said is right. Janie Fricke did this song back in 1985 i think and i liked her version but it's not on youtube for some reason.

  • janie's version is way better

  • Right I was lookin' for Janie's tune. Naw I like Janie's version. It's bitter, like it should be. This is pure "cover".

  • @roanoke703 I agree. After the 80s, Reba became a sell-out to the Devil, releasing terrible albums with watered down bad rock and pop songs. You can thank Garth and the "hat acts" for destroying genuine country music as we knew it. Why do you think country isn't considered "cool" with the young people anymore? Fact: the 80s was the biggest selling decade for country music, ever in history.

  • does anyone know any good sad reba songs?

  • @DaBearsRockMySox moving oleta and all dressed up with know where to go. theres a bunch moe but these are good sad! :(

  • @DaBearsRockMySox Maggie Creek Road, Pink Guitar, Turn On Then Radio, What If, With You i Am, The Bridge You Burn

  • @DaBearsRockMySox Ask President Obama, I think he's a fan of Reba's modern music.

  • I ♥ reba but janie's version is the best!

  • 1:23-1:24--It's "devil's design," not "devil's desire." Sorry.

  • Janie Frickie is much better. I love Reba, but Janie's version of this song is a lot better.

  • this is a great song

  • It strikes me as a bad idea to listen to country songs if you dislike the genre.

  • I totally agree with you.

  • @rebafan6327 me too

  • @RebaNellMcEntire That's where you're wrong. I love real country music, not watered-down bad rock and pop songs. Why do you think country music isn't considered "cool" with younger audiences? Young people don't want to hear goat-voiced guys singing hair metal power ballads and recycled bonehead southern rock songs. During the 1980s, country music sold more than any other genre of that decade.

  • @RebaNellMcEntire me too

  • @RebaNellMcEntire The problem is, young people or those who know nothing about country music have no knowledge of the genre and arent able to tell the difference from pure country and the modern pop country, so they automatically assume all of it is the same without hearing classic Reba, Vern Gosdin, Keith Whitley or Ray Price.

  • uigh hate it

  • Just Awesome!

  • love it
