I know that you didnt need help in your previous store, but you said it was busy, and if it keeps up like that, and even gets stronger when the word spreads about your store, then your going to have customers out the ass. thats good, but, if theres only one person working, yes you can help all the customers, but you wont be able to watch everyone. And shoplifting will be your worst enemy. Youd save more by hiring someone than in stolen goods. Id hate to see a vid of your shrink increasing alot

I'm honestly surprised that a game store would get into the used DVD market since it's such a (to me at least) unprofitable market. Since like 75% of traded-in movies are terrible I can't see many people buying them but then again I don't run a store so I have no idea what I'm talking about :)
