Most Americans would not think so, but this depicts one more good reason, why generous US of A is still the best place to live. Most of the other long lines in the world are formed to satisfy basic needs. Orderly, polite American "Frenzy" in the lines by choice does not compare to the long angry lines of necessities. Let us all be so fortunate to solve all of our other problems in such a laudable manner.
