This is The best Tutorial ive ever seen! Check out my website of other Mac tips and tricks when im done! just visit my channel for tutorials and youll find my website when its all done ;) but youve inspired me to also do an iweb tutorial thanks!
i've watched a bunch of different tutorials on building menus... Your tutorial is by far the best I've viewed. Sure hope you will do some more - you are a good teacher.
hey great turtorial, what side did you use? because when i use the blank page it still has the "Blank" link which can´t be hidden or erased. any help?
in the 'Inspector', click 'Page Inspector' and below Page Name de-select both 'include page name in navigation menu' and 'display navigation menu'. That way the name of your page, in this case 'Blank' will not be shown in the automatically generated menu.
Awesome tutorial. I've been struggling with DreamWeaver so a while, solely because my boss wants the nav bar men to be a drop down, but I'm running out of time, so I'm going to use iWeb for now, and worry about drop downs later.
help me out alot , but i have a question lets say i've already done the whole page and just need to add the navigation bar, how do i had one to all the pages?
make sure that 'display navigation menu' is not ticked in the 'page' preferences of the inspector. select your newly designed navigation bar (all the components by lassoing it with the mouse) and then press cmd C.
Select the new page from bar on the left of iWeb. Then hit cmd V and your menu and all of the existing links will be pasted onto that page

Hello,
I don't seem to have that format tab within the link tab, which lets you remove the underlining of links.
Is there any other way of removing the underlining?
Thanks

Hi Rich,
I can only assume that you are using an older version of iWeb? Please make sure you are using iWeb '09 version 3.01
apologies for late response.
