no, the max pts of hyper parts is +13 and normal and super parts is +14, no more than that. impossible to make +99999pts, and it may break easily after +5/+6 and it may break suddenly after +9

because, a crude part is not a normal item, you need a mittron enhancer to make the crude part into a heat part. if you want to use NME, use it on your car parts. if it is a normal part. If its above it, it won't work
