I love doing improvs they're probably one of my favorite parts of drama because you don't have to worry about screwing it up so it's a lot more free and open and less stressful. They're great excersizes for anyone just coming into acting. it's all about getting used to being creative and sticking to character and getting used to performing in front of people. And they did a wonderful job with different excersizes here :)

@angel358845666 Improv acting. There not exactly doing improv acting it's more of exercises. Like that statue exercise, they're changing the person to look like what they think a happy person would look like focusing on every inch of the body. If an actor needs to be happy in a scene they need to show it in more than just facial expressions, it's body language too, so it's teaching them about it.
