  • Can anyone tell me when the book is coming out. I keep reading about it being released like every year. I want a hardcover book. Not a paper back one. ._.

    Please and thank you. :)

  • Reminds me of Stephen Gammill's style in some ways.

  • I love this man <3

  • @faceless670 hes going to have a book???whats the nameee :0

  • @ZombieZillah" white:a decade"

  • Nowhere to find this song!! FFFFUUUUUU

  • Love Hussar. Catchy song.. ^^

  • FUCK!.i cant wait till his book is out!!

  • That cigarette burning down makes me sad

  • whats the song called ?

  • @krinkels11

It's called Circa 1969 by Del Toro. They only made about 5 songs and I don't think they're together anymore.

  • His paintings have everything I love about art, and I'm extremely fussy ;) I really want to do work experience with him, can you imagine?

  • he´s the best♥

  • HUSSAR DOES FUCKING YOUTUBE VIDEOS!? Uhm.....yes....please?

  • RESPECT!!! that's why i love art!!!

  • looks like rihanna after gettin her ass beat

can enyone tell me what is the name of the song or where can i find it?

  • @Skydev63 if you love hussar youll love delphia

  • damn amazing :)

  • sick gluves brah

  • haha cigarettes are cool in fast forward.

  • more sketches !!!!

  • i just dont get what he was sketching........

  • you dont have to, thats the point of art.

  • yeah if your doing abstract art but this looked like he was adding form to the picture and as a rule of thumb in art is that ywhen our trying to convey a subject it should be very identifiable to the reader .....

  • i don't think there are any rules of thumb in art. I like this drawing, so much so that i have it hanging in my home. Hussar is an unbelievable artist....he's doing something right...and shouldn't change a thing. Nobody paints in his style...there's something in his work that no other artist can capture or replicate.

  • Legendary Hussar.

  • looks like jimi hendrix

  • hussar = god

  • I love his work!

  • I love watching these, i think it'd be a good idea if you put in writing at the bottom of the page what type of pencil etc they are using at the time. it would be very helpful for understanding/learning techniques.

  • Hey - bludecembers2, I just meant to give you the thumbs up but completely had a moment of no mouse control & hit the wrong one. Sorry, man. I more than agree. Truly beautiful.

  • His paintings are fantastic, creepy and amazingly beautiful. This is a great video but not even representative of his body of work. Don't judge until you've seen it all.

  • Wow you're kind of a retard. I'd really like to see you do better. Also, check out his myspace and website before judging, I just found this artist and he's amazing.

Also, what Tuhguito said, I've been looking for this Del Toro music, it's great, but I can't find it anywhere. Anyone know anything on it?

  • you make me laugh off my pants mate.

keep your mouth shut, and watch the good show.

  • loltroll.

  • I adore his work!

  • My inspiration, the most amazing talent.

  • God! I like draw too! But...but....this is impossible O__O

  • the name of the song? is great¡¡, i lookin for Del Toro in the web and nothin...

  • i've been looking for this song like crazy too but sadly no luck, the name of the song is "circa 1969" they have a myspace as well.

  • I've been looking for it for quite some time now. No luck either.

  • Same here ;)

Can't find these guys for the life of me. Great music, and great artist.

  • "Hussar", you rule!!

  • about 8 or 9 years ago, i had michael hussar for head painting at art center college of design in pasadena. towards the end of that class, i tended to paint on 22" by 28" canvas boards which was pretty large for a 4 hour class, the standard being half that. he was amazing to watch, we basically learned by watching him when he started painted with his students which was around the time i graduated. he used to let me take his head paintings from class to color xerox them for my personal collection

  • alot of times, when my head painting for the day was a miss instead of a hit, we would just sit and talk, can't remember what about. in retrospect, i'm glad to see that his classroom-made head paintings have gotten some exposure as they really are little gems, not to mention that he really knows how to make his painting models really interesting. google him and you'll see what i mean. they're like extras from a vampire film. i always wanted to buy a book of his work but never found one.

  • You are so awesome at what you do! "^.^"

  • hey what r those glove like things for..they r kool..

are they worn so that you dont smudge the art or just fashion statement?

  • just gloves

  • is that golem?

  • ps....needless to say its a +10 (and beyond) video to me.

    Syndra

  • the mysterious HUSSAR...

Its my dream to look over the shoulder of an artist I so appreciate and admire while they create.

You've just fullfilled that dream and watching this is an art lesson for me, let alone an insight into the process of the madness.

I could watch this a thousand times...and most likely will.

    thanks a million!

    Syndra

  • Looks like Memling, so hard to find a clean picture of that painting

  • hussar = greatness

  • sweeet
