I totally agree with Foofpup .... seems that too many people like to make judgements about others without really thinking through how negative they come off sounding. I have a tremendous amount of respect for JMM based on his record and his determination to continuously put his best efforts forward to maintain his fan base in a competitive market place. (kudos JMM)

Try showing respect. That will get you further for longer in life than degrading the efforts of anyone ever could. I show a certain amount of respect even to my enemies. Who exactly am I showing disrespect too? John Michael Montgomery or Colt Ford? I don't mean any disrespect to JMM, he has some great songs, I own some of his albums. However, I question his thought process to do a song with cold ford. In my opinion that song does nothing but further degrade the opinion that many people have about people from the south, especially the rural south, where I happen to be from. It puts emphasis on the white trash inbred redneck stereotype.
