how do you blend colors like that? And it's the default brush? If so, how did you switch the opacity suddenly at 0:24? Sorry I ask lots of questions, I'm not experienced with photoshop.

@MrReason09 By holding the alt key you can sample colours directly from the painting and by using flow and opacity controls you get different tones, Easy :).

I'm guessing you're saying that because you think he's ripping somebody off. You should know that artists commonly LEARN by reproducing successful pieces of art, because any respectable artist NEEDS to know the rules before they can break them.

Too many artists disregard this fact and start producing final pieces of art when they can't even paint basic tangible things. I think Bugmeyer's definitely going in the right direction.

It's almost impossible to get a good color gradient with a mouse. You'll need to sketch & color with a tablet to improve your skills in digital painting ;)

what kind of an art school did you go to? I could hardly use photoshop when I started. A tuni you should learn, they should be concerned with actual drawing ability and skill before worrying about what software you can and cant use!

I like it. It's different from your usual work. How are you picking colors with out using the color picker?

you have to hit and hold the "Alt" key and then u get the color picker tool. works only while u have a brush selected at the start.
