Can you do more realistic tests... IE your skull analog might be the same density as a human skull but the zombie might be bobbing around, you get more power when you attack in a downward motion (gravity) and the zombie will not be that low maybe even taller than you, and make something to replicate the strength of a human neck..? Can you do a bayonet test? Any type of bayonet should do as long as it is both a sword and knife bayonet and a test on the rifle with a bayonet as a polearm.

WWI, WWII or modern day bayonet types would be a good test and i appreciate if you guys did a test.

Result, the footage can be slowed down to a greater degree without losing quality/smoothness as more clean frames are available. But I agree - it's one of those things that sounds back to front! :)

The tests seem kinda accurate, but you have to account the spine and whether or not you even can safely get close enough to them with that. In a head on collision your gonna have to stick your hand out under its mouth in order for a good chop. Then you might not even get it between the vertebrae. Most people today aren't even strong enough to cut between them. If you hit a vertebrate, the blade will probably become lodged in the bone and like i said before, your hand is right under its mouth.

Just remembered, golf club rods are hollow so if you're going to test this out, it will be worth your while re-enforcing the rods if you want to do some serious damage. A quick and easy field method IMO would be to pop the grip off, stick a rebar down it and you should be good to smash heads in with confidence.
