  • how tall R U ?

  • how do u take care of your hair during workouts

  • can you please do some out fits of the days !?

  • You are a real inspiration to me! I am getting started on my weight loss journey. Thank you!

  • HOW TALL ARE YOU Too ?

  • You look great!!

  • PLzzzzzzzzzzz i m french and I love ur journey can you do more video's about ur journey.... like one video foor the food another for the exercise....pllllzzzzz

  • How did you stay motivated in the beginning of your journey? I am a month in my journey and am sooo losing motivation! How do i bump it up?

  • Today is my first day doing The Master Cleanse Diet which you can only drink a lemonade maple syrup, and cayenne pepper, so far so good. I like to go to YouTube and see the before and after videos and all of them are motivating (and also yours)- it just gives me a courage that, "yeah 'Im gonna do this!! I'm gonna make it!" So probably everyday when I feel like im going to give up I am going to look through your channel and just hear the words I need to hear :) Thank you

  • Heyyyy! Um I know this has nothing to do w/ weight loss but I was wondering what type of hair you have in ur hair. I would really love that hairstyle for my prom. How much was it, how many inches, and what type of hair? thanks

  • Good job hun:) you actually look smaller than you are

  • Oh hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cousin got hot 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

  • Thanks for making this video! You look awesome...I'm currently starting my weight loss journey and have thus far lost 14 pounds. This video gave me some tips as to how much cardio to do daily. I've been doing 40 mins on the treadmill (running) and this inspires me to split it up like you did. Also, I wasn't sure how many calories to aim for eating daily. You did about 1700...I was thinking more like 1200 but I guess more calories is okay if you're burning it off. Anyway, you're an inspiration!

  • I'm so happy I found you on youtube. You are very motivating. I'm trying to lose 25 pounds. I have already lost about 5 pounds. One day I will get the nerve to post my before and after photos. Thanks sooooooooooo much.

  • you should so do a outfit of the day

  • Thank you so much for the inspiration ... I weight 236 and I am NOT happy with it but your videos have inspired me thank you so much and please help me to do this and give more tips thank you..... If ppl thought I was beautiful now - jus wait till I lose the weight

  • I was wondering how come your body looks soo thin and you weigh 174 like you can wear a bikin and look great i look like im pregnant im 5'7 and weigh 168 is there a weight i can get down to to see the same result like i dont wanna be skinny i wanna look like you in shape but curvy as well

  • thanks for the video, very informative and i look forward to the exercise info b/c that's probably the most daunting. a "what i ate today/this week" video would be interesting too, but obviously just being sensible with lean protein, veggies, and portioned whole grains is enough of a guide.

  • You look amazing, watching your videos gave me motivation. I am 5'4 and weigh 180lbs and i'm trying to get down to 130lbs so wish me luck...lol..

  • I appreciate all the information you have provided...thanks and keep up the good work. My question: Do you have any tips to help me stay motivated? It's like we all know what to do in order to lose the weight, however learning to remain focused and motivated has always been my challenge. Any advice on how you were able to do so?

  • @Chic2586 I took photos often. so when I would get discouraged, i would go through my old photos to present day. And the progress shown via pictures would motivate me to continue on.

  • What did you do to your hair during your intense workouts and still stay cute?

  • @Nicolerene1226 weaves and workouts will never go together peacefully...lol. I wash my hair once a week and leave sew-in in for shorter periods of time. They dont last as long when you workout a lot

  • What did u

  • such an inspiration!

  • keep up the good work!!!

  • Thank you so much for posting these videos! i am also a college student and have always been over weight. But after watching you video I literally went to the store and got healthy groceries and also went to the gym. I fell like I can do it because you did. You look really beautiful inside and out :) -Blessings

  • @AbiMarieV thank you!

  • Since you are a nigerian, do you eat any nigerian foods?

  • @15kaybaybay not much. I was away in school so I got used to not having anyone around that knew how to cook it lol. But you definitely want to lay off the nigerian foods when trying to lose weight. They will only add weight if you eat it too much

  • Okay my question is: How can I start an exercise regimen if I don't have access to the gym? I run and walk but I don't see any results. I am 5ft 7inches and 200lbs. I want to get to 154. But like you said in a previous video, I don't want to do it too fast because I don't want to look sick.

  • @jredeaux7698 you can pick up exercise vids (or the on demand free work out episodes, or even youtube) and workout at home. I personally cant exercise in a place that my mind equates to a rest haven and relaxation spot...so it was hard for me to work up a good sweat without thinking about laying down or sitting in the next room.

  • hey this may sound weird but did your shoe size change at all after the weight loss?

  • @michellestanley100 my feet got much narrower but the length did not change

  • You truly inspired me to get started in my journey toward healthy weight. In 6 weeks I have lost fifteen pounds. It can be very stressful but I know its worth the trials.

Thanks for being open and honest.

  • @Hoshikokitty no prob! Congrats! That is great progress. thanks for watching

  • @NinaLaDolce plzzzz do anothers videoss I m french an I love ur videos .. explain us everything

  • @NinaLaDolce if you don't mind me asking I know this is a crazy question but did you drink ice cold water or room temperature or it doesn't matter because I've heard so much about this like cold water helps to burn more calories then someone else said room temp. Please help me!!

  • @Qualaih I drank both. Im not sure if that is true or not because I wasnt paying attention to it. As long as I got at least 60oz of water down then I was happy

  • how big were your breast r wat size were they before n wat size they are since u lose the weight because l'm a big girl n l want to lose weight but l'm scare that my breast will remain the same size... any tips on that plz thnk you

  • @101spices i went from DD to a C (and slowly but surely still getting smaller). A majority of the time if you have a significant amount of weight to lose-your boobs will be going down also

  • what was the website for the low calorie recipies?? I missed it! Thanks~

  • hello I would like to know you feelings/emotion with in the first few days of you committing to

losing weight. I have those days that I Ifinaly start a new living ritual AND MY IMPULSE WOULD LEAD ME TO CHEAT! then i feel guilty and give up! is there anything that cheer you on to continue? (I have never seen results so is easy to give up when you have never seen a few pounds less)

  • I love it

  • You look great...i have to lose at least 90lbs myself.. I am getting married and refuse to feel bad about myself going diwn isle..

  • Wow! That's awesome. I'm starting my weightloss journey and wanted to know if you were able to eat Nigerian cuisine during this process? I want to start off by juicing and cutting carbs, but i love my iyan. lol.Let me know if or how you were able to incorporate those foods.

  • excellent work!!!!

  • Yes, your tips are helpful especially your exercise routine. I look forward to your next video! :)

  • If you don't mind could you make a video of the healthy foods or recipes you ate during your weight loss journey?! Thanks

  • Wow I just finished watching your videos and you are very inspiring. I have tried fad diets like you and I just never stick to them but now you have inspired me to really lose weight. I am 5" 7' and weigh 205lbs my goal is 170. I can't wait to lose this weight and feel so much better. Also when I lose the weight I want to reward myself and get a hair style similar to yours. Where do you get your hair done?! Btw I'm also Nigerian (my parents were born and raised in Nigeria and I was born in the

  • You did a wonderful job on your weightloss. Very inspiring!

  • Hi there I started my weight loss journey last week. I really need to lose weight! My clothes don't fit anymore and I do not want to buy bigger clothes. Your videos have really inspired me. Thanks for sharing. Blessings

  • I'm gonna sue you.

I just rocked off my chair and bounced my skull off the floor seeing that.

A girl should not be allowed to hurt a man that way.

Real time. You look beautiful, princess.

Smile smile and smile some more. That's all I want.

  • i'm a junior also and i really wanna work out i'm just like you thier a gym 2 feets near and i just need some one to help me

  • you should try the coffee and peppermint... I heard that helps... or just add peppermint to your shea mix....

  • Questions! :-)

1.) Can you please do a tutorial on how you make your "green juice" + more info on how it works, etc.?

2.) How does one combat negative effects of exercising (i.e. pain, fatigue, etc.)?

3.) In your 1st weight loss video, you mentioned that you do 45mins-1hr of cardio + 30mins of strength, everyday etc.. Did you work out that long in the very beginning, or did you maybe start with maybe only 20mins workouts & gradually increase how long/often you exercised as weeks went by?

  • @BeautyNaturelle 1)great idea! I can def show u a tutorial on that next. 2) the negative effects are not permanent. its just ur body's way of showing u its not used to it. but once u get exercising into your daily regimen then you shouldn't have no pain other than muscle soreness. U can alleviate that type of pain by eating more protein and/or drinking a muscle milk after work outs. and the fatigue means 1 of 2 things: u need a day off/more sleep or that u need more protein &veggies in ur diet!

  • @NinaLaDolce #3 (cont..) I'll certainly take it back a notch (exercising, that is), and work my way up gradually. That should do me some good :-) Thanks, Yinka!

  • @BeautyNaturelle 3) I did NOT start off working out that long. I remember my very 1st day at a gym: I got on a elliptical, set it for 30 mins, &15 mins later my body was like "eff that!" & i got off & left lol. It definitely takes dedication 2keep going back but u got 2realize how amazing the body is & how quickly it gets bored. after a few weeks at the gym ur body will be used to the 15, then 20...then 30mins...next thing u knw ur on that machine over an hr &looking 4something else 2 do next!

  • @NinaLaDolce @NinaLaDolce

    1) thanks!!

    2) Wow, that's very informative. I know I do need to increase my intake of veggies in general. And I'll certainly try the protein shake/muscle milk thing for SURE.

    3) LOL! Oh my goodness, I can attest to that reaction, because Lawd KNOWS I'm practically dying after the workout, & the mere pain & fatigue makes me so afraid to return 2 the gym (I run far away and don't return for 1week+, which forces me to start building my endurance all over again!

  • I always thought that I am always going to be fat. I only have 26 pounds to lose. I somehow rather just think its possible (before watching your videos). Thanks for making me believe again.

p/s: I loved how you said once that you did not rush into it. ;)

  • Please please share your strength training regimen the only thing I know to do is lift dumbells I can't figure out what else to do for strength training

  • I'm starting my own 44kg weighloss mission and will document my journey. I'm so scared!!!

    Good on you though!!

  • this vid is so inspirational....I defintely need to count calories.

  • thanks..... yeah plz do exercise routine video soon :)

  • I'm halfway through my own 85lb loss journey so this is very inspirational. I hate strength training too! I know the health and weight loss benefits of combining strength and cardio but if I'm in a rush , I would just rather do my cardio.

I can't wait for your workout regimen and what you do to tone. Thanks for nowloss and your experience. It gives me hope and let's me know that this is possible.

  • Looking good & thanks for sharing! :)

  • niceeee!
