  • Ladies and Gentlemen, this is Chewbacca...

  • if you wanna talk about my cousin john then we can get em up.

  • "Chewbacca Defense"

    "It does NOT... make....sense!"

  • Race has nothing to do with this trial

  • Halo3rocks81 your a close-minded dumbfuck piece of shit go fuck yourself bitch

  • oj is my man he didnt murder them fuckem all

  • those niggers on the jury didn't know dna from the nba

  • @duffy31311 exactly fuck nigs

  • @bmul125

OJ's dna was at the crime scene. and it was proven it had been there since the murder.

    yeah. looks innocent to me.

  • johnie cochron is overrated. he only had to play on the sympathy of a jury made up black jurors who were not gonna let thier BROTHA DOWN. JOSE BAEZ HAD TO CONVINCE LATINO HATING SOUTHERN WHITE JURY THAT CASEY ANTHONY WAS INNOCENT. I THOUGHT THAT JOSE BAEZ WAS GOING TO LOSE HIS CASE BECAUSE THOSE REDNECKS WERE NOT GOING TO GIVE A VICTORY TO A SPANISH SPEAKING LATINO LAWYER. JOSE ACCOMPLISHTED A GENIUS DEFENSE GREATER THAN COCHRAN

  • @hunab3425 or just maybe, possibly a small chance that the jury were thinking beyond the race of the defendants and lawyers in deciding a case.

  • strange to me how the 2 celeb lawyers on oj's case johnnie and rob kardashian are now dead.

  • @Jredvelvet7 We all have to die!

  • He did not have to sit and listen, he could have taken the stand and told his story. You know the one Johnny told in opening where OJ was playing golf that night. lol That lie of course is what some call good lawyering. I call it falsifying the records with evidence that was never entered into the trial. Anyone with a understanding of DNA knows there is no way to plant all the evidence and eliminate the real evidence so nicely. Contamination my butt, this nigga killed two people. Period!

  • kenny mayne

  • Chewbacca defense

  • He made a absolute mockery of the justice system and did more to hurt the race relations in this country than anyone in my 40 years of existence. He lied in his opening testimony and attempted to charge many innocent people with hate crimes and racism that he knew was not true. He stood in court and made statements that were untrue and then never introduced evidence to any of it. That is not great lawyering that is becoming part of the crime. To me he was a conspirator in the crime.

  • what did he do

  • JOhnny got confused, he thought the court system was about winning and losing and not about the SEARCH FOR TRUTH! Had he won this case searching for the truth I would say great lawyering. The fact that he avoided the search for truth and decided to search for the innocence of a guilty man. Makes me realize that his character and moral make up was slanted. He celebrated OJ's release knowing that OJ killed his childrens mother and that he would regain custody. That is sad!

  • @mjmitch33 defense layers what do you expect they have zero morals they just want the big check

  • I'm glad Johnny is being butt fucked by Satan right now. Satan considers it foreplay for when OJ gets there.

  • Dammit! he's using the chewbacca defense

  • @clicky3 luckily for us, as Americans, the Constitution guarantees the right to due process. Everyone is entitled to a defense. And despite the overwhelming amount of evidence in favor of finding OJ guilty of murder, a jury of his peers found him not-guilty. Luckily, it is the jury that convicts us and not public opinion. No lawyer, that actually recognizes and appreciates these rights, would turn down this case for that reason.

  • I'm a white man, and will say without hesitation, that Johnnie Cochran was a brilliantly smart man. Unbelievable job he did for O.J. Simpson.

  • @GeorgiaKev HE looked good against Marcia and Chris. I think I could have held my own with the job they did. The decisions to not enter so many things into evidence and the make up of the jury was the real deciding factor in this case.

  • @mjmitch33 Not enter so many things? The prosecution took SIX (6) MONTHS to present their entire case! The jurors were probably so pissed off at them for taking so long that may very well have influenced them to reach a pro-defense verdict.

  • If any of you stood wrongly convicted of a crime, then who is the victim then?

  • gotta love the chewbacca defense

  • Great speaker!!--great lawyer!!---Glad cancer ate his brain...

  • @crayhead

You insensitive SOB. How dare you celebrate cancer that took this man's life.

  • @1blackswimmer1 ..No the real insensitive SOB would be that dead piece of spunk that knowingly freed a double murderer, playing on the juries collective IQ of 1...What goes around....

  • glad u died selffish mother fucker got ppl off just 2 make himself rich show our court system is a joke it shows it's not weather u did it or not it's if u have the money 2 fight not guilty ppl plead guilty or found guilty just cuz they don't have the money 2 fight but assholes who do have the moey can get away wit anything fuck u Johnnie Cochran rot in hell

  • Asshole you think it's Ok to have People like Mark Furman policing LA? It's not.

And how dare you celebrate that this man died.

I question the integrity you have for the Constitution. In America you can be accused of a crime but it takes a jury of your peers to convict.

  • @1blackswimmer1 he still played a role in getting o.j off. he can say no i not taking this case i don't wanna let help a killer get off

  • This guy is truly talented

  • Hey Johnny you did a great job in defending a murderer. But the true of the fact you died of cancer. Goes to prove that you pay for everything in this world, 'cause you lied and defended a murderer and it caught up to you.

That applied to you too Robert Kardashian and jury your next.

God was watching you and the end results showed. Read Genesis 3:14-24.

  • @AJuarez764 what happened with the right to a trial

  • johnnie cochrane,,,,piece of shit negro,,,,you are dead now negro,,,a short life for a piece of shit,,,,,,,,,where you at johnnie

  • If you measure the skill of a lawyer based on success, then this guy was a fantastic lawyer. If you measure the skill of a lawyer based on morally upstanding tactics, then this guy was a terrible lawyer. But at the end of the day, morality won't always give you freedom.

  • @lupischuckle JOhnny got confused, he thought the court system was about winning and losing and not about the SEARCH FOR TRUTH!

  • @mjmitch33 yeah but she was a hoe, why would you want your kids to be in the custody of a whore

  • @jstsurreal OK so is that why he killed her. I would have more respect for the guy if he came out and said that. She was a hoe, embarrassing me,my kids and I lost it... that is what happened he thought he deserved respect and didn't get it. He lost it and killed her. So fess up

  • @mjmitch33 You may have more respect for him, but at the end of the day he would be in a prison cell for the rest of his life.

What do you treasure more, some strangers respect for you, or your freedom?

Because if i had to choose, i would rather you think of me as insane rather than spend my life in prison for killing an unfaithful hoe.

See, if the system allowed people to be acquitted upon a sincere confession then you can argue that he should have done as such.. But it doesnt.

  • @jstsurreal You are missing the point. He should have confessed and spent the rest of his days in jail. That would have been a real man. He took the pussy way out. He killed a harmless woman and ruined many lives. He is a coward and a idiot for doing what he did. Sad he had the life most dream of and he threw it away. That is so sad!

  • @mjmitch33 but the sad reality is that through such active an defence lodged by the accuseds' counsel, there is a chance that a guilty man may walk free.See would you rather an innocent man go to jail in order to assure the guilty are convicted, or let some guilty men walk so that an innocent man may never be subject to injustice. I read up on the OJ case and the LAPD acted unconstitutionally during the investigation process, and criminally when members of the police force concocted evidence.

  • @jstsurreal There is no proof that anyone concocted evidence in this case at all. The defense raised suspicion but there was never any proof at all. In fact most would argue that Johnny only showed opportunity which is always available but never any proof at all.

  • @mjmitch33 Wrong i'm afraid. The police planted a piece of evidence in his bedroom, namely a sock which was covered in the blood of both victims. The defence was able to prove firstly that the blood was 'poured' onto the sock from a vial as it contained a chemical which prevents blood from clotting, and secondly that he did not even wear the sock as the blood covered the top and bottom of it, which meant it seeped through. His foot would be a barrier against that if he had worn it, but he didnt.

  • @jstsurreal You have very infantile knowledge of the actual evidence of this case and the science behind it. A paid witness testified sumfing wong based on the blood bleeding through to the other side. Not wanting to realize or admit that the blood was removed by diluting the blood with water would explain why blood was on both sides of the sock. The EDTA that was talked about was actually only two components of the chemical EDTA and was 1000 times lower that it would be from the vial. Cont>

  • @jstsurreal There was never in this case any testimony that the blood contained EDTA levels that proved the blood was from the vial. However, the 5 blood drops from the murder scene that were degraded and matched OJ both in DNA mapping and the fact that they matched his left hand injury and his shoe print size. You need to look at both sides of the testimony and realize that OJ's attorneys worked hard to argue small holes in some of the evidence but the entire pool of evidence is conclusive.

  • @jstsurreal The police knew the suspected killer would have a injury to the left flank. OJ DID. They knew the murder was a passion killing not a professional hit meaning the murderer knew the victim. OJ DID. They know the murderer wore rare shoes of size 12. Shoes only sold in 41 stores one which was Bllomingdales who shopped there? OJ Did. Who was trained to be able to kill in such a way. OJ DID. Who owns gloves that were also rare, someone that spends time back east, OJ DID. Injury,Guilt?cont

  • @jstsurreal Hair that matched,Fiber from the Bronco, Car seen leaving the area, Suicidal thoughts? No questions about his children the morning he was told his ex wife was dead... hmmm. There is so much evidence in this case you could take out the glove and sock and still prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. WITHOUT A DOUBT.

  • @jstsurreal you have no clue what you are talking about. Evidence that it was poured on was a theory that the defense used to try and sway the jury. Water is used to remove the blood and it seeped through on removal. So obviously his foot was not in the sock. And even that does not make him innocent. All the blood was a match, all the clothes were tied to him as well both in size and in purchase receipts. The lies in the statement to police and the fact that he still cannot explain how was cut

  • @jstsurreal you could remove half of the evidence and still find him guilty. You just got lucky that a jury in a time when there was anger with the police was given evidence that was above their scientific knowledge. Then you throw in all the crap Johnnie did and you get a man walking out of court not guilty despite his obvious guilt. It was a failure of our system and no reason to celebrate.

  • @jstsurreal You obviously are looking at this from the aspect of the most common scenario you would fin yourself in, the suspect. I look at it from the viewpoint of the most common I would find myself in, the victim. I would much rather know a lawyer in my world is searching for the truth, not trying to lie his way into freedom for a guilty man. Johnny stated in his opening statement that OJ was pitching golf balls late the night of the murders. OJ told police he was running around, someone lied

  • @mjmitch33 I understand, but OJ shot the victim, so he would care little about the perspective of her or her nearby relatives. And as far as Cochrans morality in defending a potentially guilty man, well... The system is designed to prevent the incarceration of an innocent person, and the only way to do that is to defend the accused in the most strident manner. Alan dershowitz said that he was doing his job, it was the failure of the prosecution for not taking it beyond reasonable doubt.

  • 12 ppl of average ignorance

  • @bambambullies1 we gone say the same thing when u die ass whipe thats not nothing good to say about somebody thats like me in front of u saying that to yo moma
