I had this with the SNES version when I was a kid and I have never completed it and as my SNES system broke I'm stuck to watching people play for me, thanks for making this LP

@mrawesomejr Hmmm... hard to say. Namely because this game was based off of a japan-only game... then re-released in japan again as a mario game. So it's not exactly unfitting since this is technically the USA version of the Japan game Doki Doki Panic.

@spazticwalkthroughs I believe they just replaced the original characters of DDP with the Mario ones. In turn, they actually adapted the enemies, like shy guys, in other mario games.

But this Mario Advance game in particular they really made it mario-like so it really fits the series now, even if it doesn't share the same sidescroller mechanics.

@PkGam I remember this game. I used to have it when I was like 3 or 2. I couldn't beat the first level because I was afraid of that huge vegetable rolling down at me but I got used to it went on with the game. I lost this game pernamently when I was 6 or 7. I never got to play that game again and never played Super Mario Bros. 1.

Yeah it is. A really unappreciated game IMO. I think people were expecting traditional mario but, got something new and they didn't give it a chance.

you can pick up birdo's bow in a few of the levels when she isnt a boss and the red and green ones also allowed you to pick up here bow... oh and you and i are complete oposits when it comes to caracters.... i love peach and dispise toad.....

Well, I do like peach, but she's kind of broken in the fast that she can glide over most of the obstacles. So I din't use her for the challenge of not using her. But, I do still love toad, lol!

Luigi is actually my least favorite in this game. He may have the highest jump, but he just hangs in midair for a while and is so floaty... I take most of my hits with him in the air or trying to land a jump and failing because of the floatyness, lol!

Well, it has a few mods compared to the original (graphics expecially) ut the level design remains mostly intact from the NES version.
