gotta say it... the only one that seems serious in this number is Richard Tandy, all the other members has just lost themselves in some kind of frenzy, the cellos and the violin just sounds horrible. Jeff makes an okay performance, but just mashing his guitar like that just seems like a bad excuse for a solo. By the end, everything just sounds laughably ridiculous, due to the high tempo.

I love ELO but seriously, WTF are they doing?

Any good Rock band likes to 'rip it up' on a live stage! ELO were no different in this regard, they were obviously having a great time as were their audience!, whats the point in a live rendition being identical to a studio recording? in that case you might as well stay home and listen to the record instead!
