for some reason this doesnt work with my turntables? i have everything hooked up right, but when i switch to phono i still get the beep, even with no record on the deck. someone shoot me a message and tell me how to get around this
Great! Respect mate. I thought about what you said in the other video a bit diffrently, but now i get it. respect again! Thank ya! You really saved me a lot of money.
That answered my question. Im assuming its the same for cd's. I have the Denon DN-X500 which I don't think has phono inputs. How would I be able to do this then? Also when you switched to the regular record, the corresponding deck on the screen was bugging out. Is that normal?
The Denon DN-X500 has phono inputs (I run the X500 in my mobile rig).
Yeah it bugs out big time. Reason being is because SSL's line input is expecting time coded vinyl. It was trying to read codes from the regular record. I could have "ejected" the track I had loaded in Serato deck A, but there wasn't really a reason for it. It dosen't hurt anything to just let it be.
That was very informatory... even when I watched the previous ones I didn't think of this really until now you showed it, maybe if I would have looked it the 2nd time. Think that's way better than those where you need to make the switch on the box. Great vid and will help many.

Did your program mess up at the end because it showed it as though the vinyl was jumping about or is that supposed to happen?

Doesnt it use processor power? Isnt your pc/mac still running the program for track a?
Wouldnt it still be lagging in your memory?
