  • actually in Korea, any sort of steroid whether anabolic or not, is illegal when registered as a pro-competitor...conversely in the US, when Doctor's approval is met, steroid is legal (in case of Ronnie Coleman)...

  • Guessing from title of video it is clips of workouts so it will be more then one. Fast reps has shown to be just as effective as slow reps, increasing theamount of type A and B motor fibres being used, some even say it works better then slow reps.

    I think many "asian BB's" would appreciate it if you simply refer to them as bodybuilders, and not as a seperate racial entity of such. Why is the fact that this guy is mongoloid significant enough for taking notice in the first place?
