I always thought of buying a 90-92 gmc 2500 conversion van with a 350 v8 again,lower it,rims,system,an make it twin turbo,those olde 250's came with either 8:8-1 or 8:0-1 compression which is perfect for a supercarger or turbos.you can get those old vans in good condition cheap now
