@OfficialArmonist I feel AWFUL for her (before the sequel, of course) because she was the abused wife who didn't want "help." Shunned help from Sonny. . . Then he beat her down so bad that she finally called. If only she knew. . .

@OfficialArmonist I know, In the book she told Tom (who picked up the phone first) that he promise not to tell Sonny but Sonny head it and left the compoud without protection.
