The dealers were probably informed by someone in the police department that they were being set up. They were probably suspicious of her from the start anyway, buying a large amount of drugs and a gun from an allegedly first time deal. But she's getting all the sympathy because she's a white girl. Who knows who was present when she was murdered, or who actually killed her?

I have mixed feelings about this.The cops definitely messed up here and should be sued for their negligence and for the danger they put her in that cost her life!.However,I don't think someone who is charged with selling drugs should be allowed to make deals with anybody to get out of what they have done.She should have done her time.So sad that she chose to do otherwise.

In my opinion, Tallahassee Police Chief DENIS JONES should be sacked, yesterday! He's an absolute disgrace. The good people of Tallahassee deserve much better than this guy. Listening to his pathetic excuses and blame shifting made me very angry. Listening to him call her a criminal made me even angrier. I think DENIS JONES' actions here are more criminal than anything Rachel ever did.

I've spent majority of my life doing dirt. I've also faced felonies at two different times and neither time did I turn anyone in or wind up in prison. Just shut your mouth and get a lawyer. Someone with a degree in criminolgy should have known that.
I'm not here to argue about pot being bad or the police being stupid. All I'm saying is that she would still be alive if she didn't cooperate.
