How does a tank with 240 Gallons tip over? Was it hit by a car?

Mine tipped over and leaked about 240gallons out into the back yard. They are telling me it will cost from $20-200,000 to clean it up.

Nope, only $2,000 for the whole thing and am expecting a $1,000 check from the Gov't for doing the removal in good faith.. Ya have to have tank insurance before you start this type of work :-)
