And on that note: HE DID TELL THEM WHAT WAS BEING DONE ABOUT PUTTING OUT THE FIRES AT THE TIME. There are two things that would have had to have been done: 1) Lighting a backfire and trying to push the fires towards one another and letting them put each other out, or you can try to put it out from above with the planes THAT COULD NOT FUCKING FLY YOU IDIOT!

Of course nobody would be happy to be taken from their home, you stupid, arrogant prick! He's saying that they were pretty much happier there getting the help that they needed rather than sitting in their homes, choking on the fumes and eventually dying from it. You want to use a little intelligence with that statement or do you want to just run your fucking mouth thinking that you know a damn thing. Notice that is wasn't FEMA that was taking care of the people. Well, about being 'happy', maybe people are happy to be alive with their family and friends. Disasters make you realize that stuff isn't what makes you happy. I don't think he meant they all want to do it again next year.
