  • @SandiTrazzare funny how mick has never changed, still mugs for the camera in his unique way, he was the ultimate front man at that time, only Jim Morrison compares but unfortunately he was too stoned or drunk most of the time

  • Their appearance on Shindig in 1965 playing Around and Around, Little Red Rooster, Play With Fire, The Last Time and the rejected first version performance of Satisfaction is one of my all time favorite Stones performances. They look so cool doing Satisfaction.

  • Everyone thought it said .. well im driving round the world and im doin this an im doin that and im tryin to make some girl PREGNANT..we used to play the 45 slow and could swear thats what it said.I was blown away when i just saw this video and it was bleeped out..times sure have changed, but not for the better, back then, having fun wasnt against the law.

  • Where was that time wise?

  • do they fade out on "And I'm trying to make some girl" on purpose to censore it??? cause that's hilarious

  • teehee at about 6:03, keith's mouthing the words to satisfaction & he messes up and then laughs at himself...i found it amusing.

thanks for posting all of these!!! ♥

  • Jimmie Rodgers is my father.

He has great stories about working with ths Rolling Stones on this show. Nice to see this. I originally thought that this was from a show he did in Australia. Now I know it could only be Shingig. Very cool.

    Thanks for posting.

    Michael Rodgers

    Thanks for posting.

  • You don't say.

Is he the same guy who sang "Honeycomb"?

  • Yes, dad is the singer who sang Honeycomb.

Check out my "Jimmie Rodgers" channel on you tube.

    Take care,

    Michael

  • So nice to see Jimmie Rodgers. I always liked Sweeter Than Wine even though I was only a first grader when it was released. Funny how those songs can stay with you for 50 years!

  • Now I know where Richie Havens learned to play guitar.

  • Jimmy Rogers was the best!

  • Damn, the Stones are older than Methuselah.

  • this is great!!!

    Thanks for posting this one...

    Satisfaction Guaranteed!!!

Happened to like Jimmie Rodgers alot too...

  • need more harmonica from Brian Jones, its too quiet; its the 1st, Chess recording of Satisfaction, not the 2nd oen from Los Angeles

  • \o/ Rolling Stones, 25/05/08 46 years!!!

  • Mick's voice sounds fantastic!

  • "Play With Fire" is an overlooked gem in my book.

  • this video is hilarious... between the random showgirls in the back and the extreme close-ups on mick's grill
