  • Is this recent footage? If so Glen still has it! AWESOME talent !

  • @code2high

Recent, no but probably in the past ten to twenty years was when he sang the song two different ways. I agree, the man has talent for sure. Thanx for the comment.

  • @code2high Also the TV was a year or so old and he was being himself but with a little less memory that he had when he was young. Hey, we all will get there in age if we live long enough and my memory sucks these days for sure. Thanx again for the comments. KB said it . . .

  • Awwwww that was great fun to watch. :-) Thanks for posting this.

  • To @looking4ferdy . . . .

Thanx for the roses on the video. I love it and find the really good videos hard to come by.

  • Sad to see such a great guitarist and singers memory fading. I love Glen Campbell.

  • @likhound

Hmmmm, I felt that way too and I'm 74 years of age now and feel like mine is failing too at times.

    Thnx for your comment.

  • @sweetbabybarbieWhen Shakespeare's Ophelia in the play Hamlet said "Rue's for remembrance," she meant the herb rosemary--that like the spice ginger, dilates blood vessels and so boosts circulation to the brain (and whole body). Even tv network news last year reported recent science studies that ginger boosts cognitive function. Great to take daily ... sprinkled on peaches, oatmeal, toast and jam. And rosemary is great in egg dishes and on baked and roasted meats. And ginger is anti-viral, v.flu.

  • @sweetbabybarbie Hey, mines failing and I'm only 41. :-p You see, what it is is that we've filled our heads with so many FAB things that it's getting full, and we have to make room for some more memories, so the brain gets rid of some of it now and again. Like a spring clean. Hehe

  • @likhound

His memory is fading because he has recently been diagnosed with alzheimer's disease.

He is still performing, but is struggling with the disease. God be with you, Glen!

  • Getting better with age.

  • Glad you wrote to let me know that and I agree. Thanks, Kathie Barb

  • Glen Campbell has always been a man with a self-deprecating, tongue-in-cheek, humble sense of humor - a good man. And his talent cannot be denied!
