To the 13 year old who wants to pierce their lip: first and foremost, do not do it yourself. Piercings at home, especially ones involving the mouth, are no small matter. Also, piercing your lip won't stop your parents reaction. They will make you take it out, punish you, and/or take it out themselves. My advice: get a fake one! It's just a little loop that goes on your lip, you can buy a set for like $2 at Hot Topic (i've done it before), and wait till at least age 15 to pierce anything.
@MashaMoshpit21 PS I know a fake one is not "as cool" but lip piercings change your lifestyle, as you have to learn to eat carefully, clean it, kiss carefully, and be aware that OFTEN lip piercings damage the teeth behind them.

Depends, do you like the Yorkie Breed features or the Poodle features better? If you like the kinky curls, go with Poodle. The puppies will be very curly. I would suggest asking your parents or something to get him help. If he is medicated... A lot of doctors have told me that ADHD coincides a loooot with other mental illnesses. Not saying he has one, but he might just be a little more... socially awkward because of his hindered mind. Just don't take him out?

@1997loveally hi i know u wrote that to buck but i know a few people who cut and really if you cant tell your parents(which i totally get parents really dont get stuff most of the time) find somebody your age you can talk to. a friend or sombody who wont judge you. or there are hotlines you can call to talk to people. really you need to talk about what your feeling, even if you dont know the person its good to talk about it and get it off your chest. hope you can get help
As much as you don't want your mother to find out, you MUST tell somebody about this. You MUST get yourself help. If your mother does give you trouble for it, you at least still have whoever you've reached out to for support. And who knows? Maybe she'll surprise you. Either way, I wish you the best of luck. <3

@1997loveally I know what youre goin through girl and it hurts me to see someone so young go through what i went through. I used to cut mainly on my arms and i still have scars that im not proud of. The only way i quit was with the help of some great friends who took me to church w/ them and i found God. Im not gonna push it on you but maybe give it a shot. I mean i was bad. my worst night i ended up w/ 42 cuts from wrist to elbow and thats the night i made a decision to live for somethin better

@1997loveally the same exact thing happened to me. i told one of my friends, and she told the school counselor. the school counselor told my mom. my mom (i think it helps that she was a therapist... lol) wasnt mad. she was just scared. so was i. she, and the counselor, helped me to stop cutting and stop the suicidal thoughts. with some counseling/therapy, things changed darastically. in the end, my friend telling the guidance counselor turned out to be a good thing :) so, telling someone is good
@1997loveally Honey, there is a better life out there than the one you are experiencing and believe me when I tell you this, there is someone out there having a worse time than you. I saw your video on duct tape and that was a really cute purse you made! But back to the topic. Remember that God is always watching out for you. Try to have a serious talk with your mother and tell her how you feel when she tells you those things and to try to communicate with each other better.
@1997loveally I warn you, things will get ugly in the beginning. But cutting yourself will only get you in the hospital with some blood loss and less sense in the areas you cut. My grandmother is a nurse and you would be scared with the stories she would tell you. :) You'll be in my prayers and remember, you are beautiful no matter what haters say (even if that includes your mom) may God bless you greatly and try talking to Him, I know He would love it.
allison. i know how you feel, iv done it before and i have the worthless feeling all the time. you need to surrond yourself with great friends who will be there no matter what , and find something to do instead of cutting. use my trick , put a rubber band on your wrist and when you want to cut just snap it as hard as you can. and you can go to a family member you trust and ask them not to talk to your mom and just talk to them about whats going on.

Randi- the best way I ever found to deal with multitasking, when I have way too much to do and it gets overwhelming, is to just stop and tell myself that "All I have to do is the next thing." Calm down, refuel (like the wise Buck says), stop thinking about all 10 things you have to do, and just focus on getting the first one knocked out. Then move on to the next one. Just do the next thing.

Not to sound like a total mom but piercing your own lip can be very dangerous. Not only could it get infected but it is possible to hit a certain nerve around you lip area and damage your face. Not fun.
Try waiting a few more years until you can do it without parental consent. If you still really want it then I say go for it!

Okay... piercings aren't really permanent. Which is why they're great. You can take out most piercings and not see where they were within a month.

@Burks4598 I have ADHD, and I also have a lot of friends who have it too.. We attract eachother. Haha. Anyway, he shouldn't be acting completely like this if he is medicated. If he's not... I would suggest asking your parents or something to get him help. If he is medicated... A lot of doctors have told me that ADHD coincides a loooot with other mental illnesses. Not saying he has one, but he might just be a little more... socially awkward because of his hindered mind. Just don't take him out?

@1997loveally hi i know u wrote that to buck but i know a few people who cut and really if you cant tell your parents(which i totally get parents really dont get stuff most of the time) find somebody your age you can talk to. a friend or sombody who wont judge you. or there are hotlines you can call to talk to people. really you need to talk about what your feeling, even if you dont know the person its good to talk about it and get it off your chest. hope you can get help

As much as you don't want your mother to find out, you MUST tell somebody about this. You MUST get yourself help. @1997loveally I know what youre goin through girl and it hurts me to see someone so young go through what i went through. I used to cut mainly on my arms and i still have scars that im not proud of. The only way i quit was with the help of some great friends who took me to church w/ them and i found God. Im not gonna push it on you but maybe give it a shot. I mean i was bad. my worst night i ended up w/ 42 cuts from wrist to elbow and thats the night i made a decision to live for somethin better

@1997loveally the same exact thing happened to me. i told one of my friends, and she told the school counselor. the school counselor told my mom. my mom (i think it helps that she was a therapist... lol) wasnt mad. she was just scared. so was i. she, and the counselor, helped me to stop cutting and stop the suicidal thoughts. with some counseling/therapy, things changed darastically. in the end, my friend telling the guidance counselor turned out to be a good thing :) so, telling someone is good

I saw your video on duct tape and that was a really cute purse you made! But back to the topic. Remember that God is always watching out for you. Try to have a serious talk with your mother and tell her how you feel when she tells you those things and to try to communicate with each other better.

@1997loveally I warn you, things will get ugly in the beginning. But cutting yourself will only get you in the hospital with some blood loss and less sense in the areas you cut. My grandmother is a nurse and you would be scared with the stories she would tell you. :) You'll be in my prayers and remember, you are beautiful no matter what haters say (even if that includes your mom) may God bless you greatly and try talking to Him, I know He would love it.

allison. i know how you feel, iv done it before and i have the worthless feeling all the time. you need to surrond yourself with great friends who will be there no matter what , and find something to do instead of cutting. use my trick , put a rubber band on your wrist and when you want to cut just snap it as hard as you can. and you can go to a family member you trust and ask them not to talk to your mom and just talk to them about whats going on.

Randi- the best way I ever found to deal with multitasking, when I have way too much to do and it gets overwhelming, is to just stop and tell myself that "All I have to do is the next thing." Calm down, refuel (like the wise Buck says), stop thinking about all 10 things you have to do, and just focus on getting the first one knocked out. Then move on to the next one. Just do the next thing.

But a way to fix your problem is to try to get your two friends together, AKA invite them both to a movie, plus a guy you like, instituting a double date. Oh yeah, and from experience, don't even think about what other people say. Most people called me gay for hanging out with almost all girls. Just ignore it. Candace, my parents are seven years apart but they met when they were around 29. Although they have been together for around 20 years.
Piercing person, my parents wouldn't let me get my ears pierced until I was 13. It's not your own body, your parents technically have more of a right to your body than you do.

For the person who wants to pierce their own lip:
Not to sound like a total mom but piercing your own lip can be very dangerous. Not only could it get infected but it is possible to hit a certain nerve around you lip area and damage your face. Not fun.
Try waiting a few more years until you can do it without parental consent. If you still really want it then I say go for it!

But you should honestly get her spayed so she'll live longer and healthier. Breeding your dog too many times could lead to cancer! Or if you mess it up get a male that throws big puppies.
