Yes this is correct . These 3 x 3 cards Can NOT be mailed through the post office (I put them inside a standard size envelope with their reciept for their order when I send them out to my customers ). These mini note cards are great for adding a small note to a gift / present :) HTH

It looks like this would be a great stamp set because you can stamp any way on the paper and the image won't be crooked.
