@KPdatNigga Physics my dear watson, water is incompressible, while air is very compressible. By introducing the high velocity of my hand to the air in the neck of the bottle, the air compresses and pushes against the water which acts as a solid and breaks through the bottom of the bottle.

By hitting it very hard and making a seal around the lip of the bottle, you get a surprising amount of air pressure in the neck of the bottle. At that pressure, the water in the beer bottle acts like a solid and breaks off the bottom of the bottle.

Typically for this trick you proceed to drink the whole beer. THEN FILL THE BOTTLE HALF WAY WITH WATER, then slap the top of the bottle. I your a real man you then break the rest of the bottle over your head preferably hitting your head with the label side of the bottle.

just Technique, my buddies and I use to use small paper back books. There is water in the bottle and once you slap it air presure and the water is forced down cracking the bottom of the bottle. Give it a try some time. Like I said you can use a small book or a thick glove. I always have this fear of breaking the neck of the bottle and cutting open my hand.....HAhaha

Probably helps! I actually hit that one too hard (or its just the corona) If you hit it too hard the whole thing shatters under your hand... the best break is when you crack off just the bottom so its just two pieces of glass.
