HOW TO MAKE GOOGLE CHROME PORTABLE

The solution is great. But it was (and is) not lean.

Instead of doing everything from 3:13 to 9:00, do the following:

- locate "chrome.exe" and do the right-mouse-click;

- select "Send To" => "Desktop (Create Shortcut)";

- on your Desktop, right-mouse-click "chrome.lnk" and select "Properties";

- change "Target" to "chrome.exe -user-data-dir="user data"";

- on your Desktop, run "chrome.lnk" and you'll be happy.

i perfer Caschy's version better.. its far easier a setup just double click and sit back
