when I try to download GIMP brushes it saves it as a picture in Windows Photo Gallery, any way I can change that to a compressed folder?

I've got some problems with this...

Anyone getting a sign with "There was an unexpected error when you pasted these files" (or something like that) when you tries to copy them to the gimpmap??

Please give me some help in that case! :) I really cant fix it!

mine says it download's with WinRar and it messes up the whole thing...how do i download the brushes with a different program??

i already know how to add brushes to gimp but thers one brush and it wont go on gimp for some reason, its a grunge brush :S any ideas why
