I LOVE your videos! :) This looks so delicious! I am vegetarian so I was wondering what I could substitute as my protein in place of the chicken? Would tofu work in this recipe?

@kes814 Absolutely! Tofu is a perfect substitute. We like to use extra firm tofu and cut it in strips before grilling it, yum!
