I don't believe this is Shaabi. Shaabi is a form of Egyptian style cultural dance. I believe this is called American Tribal Style which was first originated in the United States by Jamila Salimpour and made popular by Masha Archer, director of the San Francisco Classic Dance Troupe, and Carolena Nericcio, director of FatChance BellyDance.
