@Aceproductions99 well u can get a state of high from smoking weed, but if u decide to go beyond that level, u could smoke a shitload then u get stoned. to get high or that chemical feeling, u need a product that stimulates ur thc receptors,weed is a good tool for this, to alter the functions of ur brain. btw, having a "sugar high",this is all based on my own preferences, but, a suagr high, isnt really getting high, because, there are no molecules or whatever that have reactions with your brain.
