  • Too bad, it does'nt fit nice through the bends... ( 0:42 ) Last big wheel is out of track...

You can also see the loco 'struggle' to push its way around the corner, at slow speeds...

The model is very nice btw, my own track is too small for this one, else I would have bought it already... ;-)

  • @RModeltrein ah, yes, truly this model runs on curves smoothlessly. On instruction handbook, it sohould run R 420mm or more. But as shown on my video, looking very difficult...

  • Respekt ein sehr sehr schönes Modell !!!

  • @maerklinfan1995 Danke for comment!!

  • The Trix/Märklin one is the BR 10 002, with a old type round motor, which is strong but noisy. The cars ar from Liliput, they were pre war stock, so called "Schürzenwagen" thes all brands have in good 1

;87 scale, because thes cars were only 23 meters long and the long ons are 26,4 meters in real

  • Hello friend, this is very, very, very beautifull, kind regards from NL. Is this one suited for the Märklin system?

  • @02081912Frabas Thanks!! Yes, this is for Marklin system.

  • @Dankichi156 Very nice model man. Marklin seems to be overtaken by Roco shortly in terms of attractiveness and quality. I seem to attracted to Roco more now.. How are you , btw? :)

  • @TrainHDworld Thanks for comment!! and I am doing well!!!

Roco has these dream-realizng technology but in case of Marklin models, generation-to-generation reliability is required. And for example this BR 10 is tender-driven but Marklin steam loks have motors in the boiler without exception. This kind of 'sticking' is Marklin's attractiveness, I suppose.

  • I wish I had this loco. I wonder how much it costs in US $...

  • @KingBuick Thank you very much for comment!! I looked for the prices on several shops both in US and in EU. Most shops sell the model at about 650 US dollar or 550 Euro. But I think this lok is rather reasonable, especially after watching the synchronized soke system!

  • @dankichi156 Well, then the next time I have that much money saved up I'll make sure to consider it, among many other Märklin locomotives. I know that this is a Roco loco, but I don't have any in my collection. If I bought this loco it would be the first and only Roco loco that I'd have!

  • Hi!

Nice Video. Did you test radius 1 ? Or is your complete track R2 and more ?

  • @Panne611 Thank you for comment!! On this video this lok runs on marklin R3. I already checked R1 and I think if you can negrect the 'body overhung' it can pass R1 without problem. In the instruction leaflet Roco says it turns minimum 419 mm radius, equal to marklin R2.

  • nice smoke effects! beauty!

  • @bohemianh Thank you very much for fast comment!

Yes, I think so, too!! And Roco engineers' nice work!!
