that's her lucky number, and she always has it on her hand like that for concerts, and sometimes just for everyday life, too. She said she wants to get it tattooed like that on her hand so some people think that maybe she already has and thats why it was in the movie

@vyctoriQ omg i know right? i mean i really do love her, and her songs, especially this one, but yeah she sed it was about the perfect date and when she was talking about fifteen she was saying how sometimes she writes her songs to what she imagines the video to be like in her head, and this is like one of her songs that would've made a good video that tells a story. but i swear she tweeted something about how she's filming for her next video a while ago, idk.
