  • I think we should nationalize the FK out of everything, especially the energy, financial, pharmaceutical companies etc, but not the little ma, pa stores.

Would you like a free tie?

  • Actually the Egyptians had many colours in their land because they were already trading vastly with the Nubians. Of course, the USA is social-capitalism, but there is this mass dialogue that seems to be constantly trying to convince people that this is dangerous. This is despite the fact, however, that it works well in so many other countries where people live happier and healthier lives: eg, Sweden, Canada, France, GB, Germany, etc etc etc.

  • Continued: Hitler and his NAZI (Nationalist SOCIALIST German Workers Party) Killed millions. Joseph Stalin, Tens of millions. Mao Tse Tung Tens of millions as well. Pol Pott is estimated to have killed Half the population of Cambodia etc.

Etc... Is this what you want for the U.S.? Well get this through your head WE WILL

NOT ALLOW IT!!! Too many of our brothers have died to keep this country free

and we will do whatever it takes to keep it that way!!!

  • First of all, we are not a Democracy, we are a Republic. In a Democracy it's one

man one vote for every piece of legislation. We elect representatives to vote for

us.And last time I checked the government does not own/control the means of

production and distribution in this country (yet) so we are not Socialist.

Socialism/Communism (two sides of the same coin) has caused enough death

and destruction. Socialist systems have this nasty tendency toward committing

    genocide.......Continued:

  • LMFAO!! "put some of that 25% towards health care"....That would be all fine and dandy because that 25% SHOULD cover it all, but We have 16,000,000 government workers and all the corruption that goes with them!! so they're going to need 50% and when that doesn't cut it it will be 75%!!! ....If we weren't getting ripped off by all these crooks the 25% would be more than enough!!! with money to spare!!! But that isn't how government works now does it?

  • Here is another thing that is "socialist"; Universal suffrage. The only idea before Marx was that only land-owning European-Americans could vote.

  • We vowed, when the constitution was drafted, to cause our government to do certain things...

    Establish justice.

    Ensure domestic tranquility.

    Provide for the common defense.

    Promote the general welfare.

    Secure the blessings of liberty.

But that does NOT imply socialism, it calls for minimal government services, and simple taxation to pay for them.

  • hmm... last time I checked we used to be a REPUBLIC, not a democracy. You know what democracy is? It's two wolves and a sheep voting on what to eat for lunch. Socialism collapses into facism. We are on the fast track to the destruction of this republic and the end to our personal freedoms. Let's all hold hands and help the collective? Really? I have some Kookaid for you to drink. Don't worry about the bitter taste. You won't care about in a little bit. LESS government, MORE freedom!

  • Well said, Ian. This is exactly what we need - more people who aren't afraid to think and express concepts using their own terms. ...instead of just accepting and rehashing the same ol' general concepts and vague descriptions they've heard elsewhere, having not a clue as to what they really mean.

  • Ur fucked. Lol I pissed my pants laughing at the first 15 seconds.

  • Haha, props to you. Its refreshing to see someone thubs up socialism and capitalism at the same time.

  • God I love you. I really do. And if you ran for president, with the promise that you'd fire every single person in any position of government and simply be a dictator, I'd vote for you. Hell I may even campaign for you. But otherwise...

Your right. The idea is sound, and a humane one to boot. "We all pay a little, so that which hurts a lot can be handled without concern for means". That system would work, could work, and at some point in history, has worked. Probably. Maybe. Somewhere.

    BUT

  • IT ISN'T A CLOSED SYSTEM.

It's presided over by a body that operates on the assumption that the rules it dictates, the rules IT expects others to live by don't apply to them. They disregard budgets, ways and means, pretty much everything beyond platitudes. You're system is perfect, Crossland, but it CAN NOT EXIST within the macrocosm of Government. It will always, AS IT HAS ALWAYS, die. And die a slow, painful, agonizing death.

You want Free health care? Then Free it. FROM GOVERNMENT.

  • I am from the US and I worked for the insurance industry for ten years. In a socialized healthcare system as you put it, it isn't the individual who pays most of the taxes, it is the corporations. Look at various economic models.Economics 101 people. I now live in a country that is not socialist but has social aspects to her system. France. I pay taxes but when you count how much I would pay for my health benefits, it comes out to be less. I have great doctors and healthcare is good.

  • How much would you pay for your health benefits in a direct doctor-patient system?

Do tell how you figure that

How much do you pay for healthcare thru taxes?

Again - how do you figure that slice out of your taxes?

Also, how easy is it to get a job in France?

  • If you are a skilled worker or have a diploma that is needed, not hard. I moved to France and got a job. Now the economy is doing better here, there was just a stimulus to create jobs and there will be jobs. I mean you may not find a job where you want to live, but you find that in the US right now also. This is gonna be a long comment so I'll have to continue. Your taxes go on a percentage system. Now, you pay for your social security. If you don't work and don't have money ,

  • A stimulus to create jobs? Do you know the name of the school of economics that is recommending that? I ask because some people just believe that sort of thing - others are adherents to these types of schools. I am trying to identify which one are you? Sufficient to say that they are completely and totally wrong, but their theories work to make the politically connected rich, while the rest are impoverished. If you want to adopt their theories, you may want to understand them first.

  • Well are we talking about Keynsian? From what I understand, the model here is Keynsian from what I remember. Well, this stimulus has worked. It helped keep the auto industry here and all of the dependents of it still up and running. Seems you are just as clueless as you make me out to be. I mean google it. If you think I don't understand it. Which I do. I am not an adherent of any school. I am explaining how things are here. How they are, not how I think they should be. Look up stimulus EU

  • No I am not assuming anything about you - or at least I am trying not to.

If you think stimulus works - why not stimulate all the time? After all, businesses go out all the time - why help only the big auto companies? Why not stimulate every single business that needs help remaining open?

Did you know that Keynesianism depends heavily on impoverishing the working poor and favoring the politically connected? Are you for this type of thing?

  • Well, let's put it this way. Here and in the US, if certain major industries weren't bailed out, you would have seen it all crumble. The tire makers, the windshield wiper makers, the parts makers, all would have been unemployed. Do you know that Keynesian economics is the middle way between extreme capitalism and extreme socialism. Sorry, I am for it. I think that it should be a mix of private sector and public sector keeping the Private in check. I don't believe in free markets at all

  • Keynesian is a middle way. That is incorrect, but a common myth. Its a middle way between fascism and socialism. Since you do support it - then you are for impoverishing folks like me. I haven't done anything wrong to you - but you are supporting impoverishing me.

  • Lmao fascists were far from being socialists. Two ends of the spectrum. Are we talking about political socialism? Because the two aren't the same. Fascists protect private industry. Look at most of the fascist states in history. Salazar, Pinochet, etc. I doubt you are going to be impoverished unless you are a multimillion dollar stock holder which i doubt you are

  • No, I am talking about all coercive socialism - political or philosophical.

What if the spectrum is defined wrong? (Hint: it is!!). Do you know where fascism came from? Please look up who Mussolini was before he became a fascist. Essentially fascism is a syndicalist attempt to "run" capitalism. Of course that capitalism has nothing to do with free market capitalism.

  • I am quite aware where Fascism started. I don't need to look it up because I know families that escaped and came here and to the US. LMao you are a hater.

  • Well I'll tell Jacques Généreux that you said that. Look his name up. I learned this from studying economics at the university. I'll just tell my professor and write to the publishing house and tell them that he is a total idiot and utubehayter knows more then them even though they are economists. Sorry, you are qualified. I'll tell them that too

  • Okay, you know what - you are right. I am wrong. I don't know anything about anything. Forget I ever talked to you.

Everyone deserves to suffer/benefit from their arrogance. I will suffer my $600 kidney transplant and $2000 bypass. Because I don't know anything and you do, after all - you have been following whatever your "economists" and "professors" tell you. I MUST BE MISTAKEN!!

  • Lmao sure you aren't assuming anything about me. Sure. Darlin

  • Be as offended as you like. I don't really care because you already have declared that you are in favor of impoverishing working middle class people like me.

  • Oh yes, I'm trying to oppress you. You looks so oppressed on your computer on a Friday afternoon. I doubt you are on a library computer. Yes, I'm the great liberal, socialist, fascist oppressor. LMAO. That is like calling me a blind seeing person. LMAO Convo is over. Some of your comments really let me know where you stand. You want to shout your point out to someone. You don't want to dialogue. You want to insult and use misogynist references to explain your point. Bravo, well done connard

  • Oh and you completely understand them. HMM ok. Can you easily get a job in France? Are you serious? Is that actually a question? I see your agenda. You want me to say you are right. Ok you are right. It works for you. I am middle class and the system is working for me. Most of the people I know aren't impoverished. So, the system works for me.

  • Actually I do understand them. I am highly qualified, but I would not want a job in France. See, I am leaving that to folks like you. Enjoy your france.

  • Well the info I gave you wasn't correct. Our healthcare comes to an average of 3% for the individual. But I gave you the link for it. I doubt you read any of it.

  • Op dont mistake duties of the government with socialism, Government protects=police military...... And government suppose to regulate some of the aspects of economy (to have fair competition -no monapolies etc) As far as govt ran healthcare, we have a great example already , look at bankrupt Medicare, you wnt this system for the whole country? Btw, a month ago my grndfather got a letter, it told him which benefits will no longer be covered, do u really want the same for every1?

  • It is happening with Medicare supplements which are administered by insurance carriers. Insurance carriers would also tell your grandfather that things aren't covered. If you look at the exclusions on your grandfather's contract or your own, you'd be surprised with all the things that aren't covered. If you have an insurance card, that doesn't mean that all your costs are covered. Most contracts don't cover air ambulance in a life or limb threatening condition. You would have a hell of a bill to pay

  • You ask a question - would you be able to afford it. I liked that, everyone should ask themselves that but more importantly should answer for themselves.

With socialised systems, AN answer (NO)is forced upon them. Socialised systems are more of NO OPTION, than services for all.

You think "everyone pays a small amount of money so everyone always has health".

    Is that even possible?

Besides, what about people who don't agree with that? Would you let them be free of your imposition?

  • Yes it is possible. you pay a small amount and the corporations pay a larger contribution. It goes into the costs of running operations and in the long run isn't that much for them. They pay the same with the benefits they are offering. Most people don't know that most of their employers are paying a portion of their benefits. They have no idea. They think they pay for their insurance but if they really did, most couldn't afford it and the underwriting required wouldn't make them insurable

  • Ah, so you think that because its the "corporations" paying the larger contributions, its possible. But do tell where you got the notion that "in the long run isn't that much for them"? What is "that much"? And who are you to decide for the "corporations"? And where do the "corporations" get the money to pay for the insurance - they have to first earn that money - right? Why are the "corporations" not paying their employees that money directly, so the employees can directly pay doctors?

  • Do you think you are directly paying the doctors when you are insured? The insurance company pays the doctors and they decide if you get coverage even if you are insured. You have to be precertified and preauthorized for a series of treatments that are deemed life threatening.

  • Direct pay is NOT insurance based. How many different ways do I have to explain that Direct pay IS NOT INSURANCE/MANAGED CARE!!! Am I saying it wrong or is this so alien for you that you keep confusing it for managed care??

Let me try one more time.

Say you want a hair cut in a new town, what do you do? You talk to your friends they tell you which hair dresser is good and affordable - you go to him. You get your hair cut and you pay the hair dresser.

Now you buy medical care like that.

  • Ok, so you want direct pay. Who the hell can really afford that? Have you ever seen medical billing? believe me,you need insurance or something. You want to directly pay a provider for services. tell me , beyond basic office visits usually $60 or more. If you have blood work, or diagnostic tests you will be paying lots more. What if you get cancer? Can you tell me you can afford to pay for each chemotherapy session? You are so full of shit talking about poverty.Could you afford to be sick?

  • health should be our primary right as a citizen.

    nice poster

  • socialized healthcare would be ideal... but it would honestly bankrupt the country... if the country wasn't already bankrupt... and in the hole a few trillion.

medicare and medicaid are already costing the taxpayers a FORTUNE and most tax payers don't even qualify for it

  • The attitudes behind the words are the culprits, not the words themselves.

  • CANADA HAS FREE HEALTH CARE BITCHS

  • lol yeah and it's terrible and costs you all of your money in taxes and your all of your doctors move to the US

    so hooray for canada

  • ummmm...it's not really free. Take a basic economics course...

  • And it sucks

  • I think it should be socialist, maybe that way their would be less corruption in the health care and food industry.

  • blah...

  • Wow, what a black hole of nonsense.

  • I find it hard to comprehend that a society can fear the idea of fairness, that would see their own people suffer because their healthcare system is designed to create profit rather than help people and not want that changed.

  • you are right. health care should be universal and free at the point of need. and so is education. the more u have healthy people, the more productive they are gonna be, which is good for the economy and wealth creation. the gap between the rich and the poor should be shortened.

  • barack obama is just a very, very, very, very dark blue. (father ted anyone?)

  • That's true. I thought my Uncle Tommy was black, but when I looked at him closely, he was just very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very dark blue.

  • I'm subscribing to you because you are a burnout that makes no sense... You entertain me.

  • I miss your pointless videos

    I'm subscribing again

  • I cant believe it. You are a retard... America has the highest prices of private Insurance in the world, I'm so pissed of. Dig a fucking hole and bury yourself

  • I stopped at 1.43, read the manifesto of the communist party before you start talking nonsense. Your making an ass out of yourself. America is far from Socialist.

  • lol "enjoy the transition"

thank you for your little grains

  • Your "Hey Buddy's" are so cute.

  • Your mind is broken dude

  • A 2nd wave of political correctness? No thanks count me out. You can't make the whole world Disney-fied. Stick your censorship where the sun doesn't shine.

Ian looks kind of like Andy Dick doesn't he? Appropo.

  • wow

    wow

    wow

    wow

    wow

you're a complete sack of baby dicks

and you have the economic concepts of a sixth grader.

  • Obongo has already hired the entire Clinton cabinet. Change schmange.

  • Haven't watched any of your crap for a long time. Nice to see you're still making no sense with uniformed babbling. Nice to see some things never change! Later.

  • LOL there are plenty of people who are so dark it is litterally black

  • all i ever wanted was a fucking pepsi.

  • Am I the only one who realizes what bullshit this guys stupid "philosophical" ramblings are?

He gets away with sounding like a stoned idiot because he's attractive.

  • The chopping block... (back away from the video game and vlog about it)

I won't lie... universal health care scares me a bit, seeing poor systems, as well a really good ones. ~peace

  • excellent video man, hope to hear more from you soon. peace my friend

  • you are silly pink man.

  • Humanity is a beast. Children are animals. The YouTube revolution is a pack of dogs. They are not fit for command. They watch the matrix and fight club, take a few drugs, and assume themselves masters of reality. But they are copulating beasts, not much more, retarded by a "free market" culture, a culture of anti-culture. They seek destruction. The only hope is to rise above the animal, to become something better. This is the function of religion, ham-handed as it may be. it's not a pretty trip.

  • Next week "AFs" will want to be called something else... the term "Black" was every bit their term until some of them decided they needed a more PC name... it's all bullshit. If you are respectful the term Black is perfectly appropriate. Don't drink the koolaid... and lose the dork glasses.

  • I don't there will ever be a national health care system in this country in my lifetime, but I do believe it could work if done right.

  • socialism in theory is a great thing, but what happens when the guy who makes a bunch of money puts in a lot (their percentage)and say a lazy person puts in the same percentage. I dunno. I wish it would work, but people are too screwy.

  • does socialism even work in the usa? lol.

  • I am very proud of American people. President Obama seems to be the best choice.

  • ian everything you said made complete sense. you seem really well put together again. keep it sober brother.

  • Ian crossland I'll be coming down to L.a. soon. Me and you are gonna smoke some weed.

  • nice . ian, dont forget us. please ont stop making ure vids. i really admire u

  • haha you rock~

  • I wish I knew what weed you smoke.

  • Smoke with me!!!

  • I would but I haven't any idea who you are.

  • That's funny! I'm the ass hmmm ok...I don't mind being a big ass...smoke up!

  • I loved this video. There is a scientific link between the way we classify people and racism. I am so glad to hear see that somebody actually can "see the big picture". Good for you Ian.

  • Well put and totally logical. Good to hear a voice of sanity after the Republican's tried to trash the meaning and spirit of the word, socialism.

  • Ian the prophet. Barack from day one. lol

Just signing back to clean the profile.

Over and out, buddy. Well done. xo

  • No Ian is not the Prophet, HE IS THE SON OF GOD REINCARNATED!!!

  • Why should I subsidize a smoker's healthcare? I choose not to smoke because I want to keep my health. That is my decision and consequence. If anything, wouldn't lack of having to pay higher premiums (for being a smoker) remove the incentive to stop smoking? How do you tell people to not be obese?

  • Well, that's lingüistics! The important thing is that you are going to have some changes but NEVER socialism! Perhaps a pseudo-socialism. I think no European thinks that's socialism! Call it as you want to, but no socialism. Just little changes that will affect Europe, mainly in Economy and Nato. Bye! From Spain.

  • and btw, speaking for Brazil, an interesting thing is that the equivalent word for "black" in portuguese language is "preto", and it's extremely offensive to call ppl by that word... so we use "negro", which would be "nigger" in english, but it's extremely offensive to call ppl that way in english...

but what really gets me to think is, WHY do we have to call ppl by the color of their skin anyway?! What's that supposed to mean?!

  • Don't forget "crioulo", "neguinho" etc....but now that they've done away with freedom of speech in Brazil and actually criminalised words, I guess you don't hear that anymore, huh? I am so glad I live in the greatest nation on earth, the United States of America, and have my rights protected by the Constitution. It's too bad Obongo wants to do away with our constitutional rights, but I am confident we will not stand for it. Better buy all your guns before january 20th, y'all!

  • videomaciel says: "so we use "negro", which would be "nigger" in english, but it's extremely offensive to call ppl that way in english..."

No, "negro" in that context is "negro" in english as well. Portuguese for "nigger" would be "nego". Don't go thinking there are no americans out there with SOME exposure to international culture. ;-)

  • it is just absolutelly impossible to immagine my country (Brazil) if we didn't have a public health care system... it is surely an enormously complex system that doesn't work exactly the way it was supposed to, but it's too damn necessary... and most of the best hospitals are associate with the best public universities, making the scientific prodution, health care and education much more reliable and influent.

  • I understand what you mean, however, let's get realistic...their are african american people and their are caucasian...dark, and light people...and that's not going to change....its' peoples perception of color that makes the difference...being able to see another human being as another human being and not a "spick, nigger, cracker" People need to get over that shit...stereotyping other people and name calling!

  • Social democracy works here in Europe, The US seems to think it's communism, it's time for some honesty from your politicians rather than the scare tactics of the last 30 odd years, Hopefully Obama can bring that change.

  • Thumbs wayyyy up! ;-)

    peaceouTy!

    TAMMpON

  • good video, u stayed honest.

  • Good video! I have always felt the same about the color issue. We have classified people for far too long. It is about time we move away from this anti-humanity concept of labels. By the way, I'm with the 40 million who don't pay for medical insurance at the moment. So I will welcome anything that even comes close to other models, like Canada, when it comes to our health care system.

    -Peace

  • good video

  • For the first time EVER... I agree with you.

  • I think Sweden had a prime minister assassinated too. Never happens in the good ole U.S.A.

Love how Americans put civil rights issues to a majority vote like prop 8. Ah fuck you why should you get special rights...

    The U.S. is pathetic....

  • LOL @ "...and if your body's broken, it shouldn't be like 'well do you have the premium-'"

the way u said it was hilarious

  • "A liberal is someone who feels a great debt to his fellow man, which debt he proposes to pay off with your money."

    - Gordon Liddy

  • Good points Ian.

  • Holy crap...blowhards have taken over Ian's comment section to discuss socialized health care. Get a room you guys.

Obongo...ha ha. I'll have to start using that.

  • Your pupils look very laregly black in most of your videos.

  • I can't wait until you become president, Jesus Crossland (you even got "cross" in your name, see - all you need do is nail yourself to something and post a YouTube vid to convince me in totality of your True Divinity).

The stars are very salty looking tonight, ejecting electric and radio waves and magnetic rocks and shit. Oh, and Obama is actually red if flying away into space quick enough. But what's colour anyway? It's just water with more salt in it.

Follow the water, you ignorant fucks!

  • I see what you mean about the contradictory skin color problem we have. I for one have a fire red skin tone.

  • Checked the color of Obama's brow in his photo in Wikipedia. The average is RGB = (204,135,85). That's hue 17. It's definitely not black.

We are fortunate to have both public and private sectors in the American economy. They are not mutually exclusive. The question is where does a balance between them exist? Equality does not give anyone special rights. There is privilege but that has to be earned by serving others.

  • coming from a guy who said homosexuality is a choice

  • I agree...nobody is "black" or "white"...I think that I'm like pink though! Wow, that's awesome, I can be "pink" now!

  • You just watched Michael Moore's Sicko didn't you? LOL.

  • There is a accurate word for the mixture you propose. Social market economy. Lesser known but even better described as Ordoliberalism.

When it comes to the human abbility to messure difference i wouldnt bet that people will just stop trying to define the exact frequency some day for its all our mind is really doing all day, unless you really eliminate the difference by making poeple absolutly definable in terms of looks.

  • Socialist democracy? Oops, my bad - I always thought we were a Republic. I learn the darndest things from Ian Crossland. You always crack me the fuck up with your aversion to using words as they are accepted and intended. Wearing glasses? Yikes, looks like your experiment to heal your eyes failed.

  • socialism is a good thing, I dont know what the issue is with america and socialism but yeah its a good moral thing, it gets you covered. and I agree with the dakkester america is behind, and a lot of people have to live in very poor conditions if they dont have the money to fix their health, and its a shame when you like in such a rich country.

  • Clearly you have no idea of reality, especially pertaining to the United States, and yet you have an opinion about it. They sure raise some interesting people in Norway.

  • That's a pretty arrogant comment.

Fact: The US is behind most Western countries when it comes to general health.

No one is saying that switching to socialized medicine will or can happen over night, but to completely write it off is just stupid.

  • Sorry you feel that way Thomas, but let me prefact my reply by saying first and foremost, I don't give a fuck what a citizen of another country thinks of the United States. It's totally hysterical to constantly watch people pass judgment on the US when they've neither lived here nor visited. Fucking. Hysterical.

  • I want to know how many millions of illegal immigrants Sweden and Norway have to deal with. Let's start the discussion there, and then we can move onto the total number of families completely dependent on government assistance - paying no taxes.

  • Then I call bullshit on your disdain for socialized medicine without any ground whatsoever to stand on. You don't know how it would work in the US. You just don't. And your percieved problems with immigrants have solutions.

  • haha!! little girl big mouth huh?

well I've lived in the US myself and probably have a better understanding of how things work throughout the world. I think maybe patriotism has gotten to you head if you cant see that you're behind in certain arias. we got a female prime mister- had our first one in the 80s already for more than 10 years. and we dont need healt isurace to be taken care of. read up & learn a thing or two about the world outside of the states!

  • I call bullshit. You never lived in the United States.

Who said anything about patriotism? Who gives a fuck if the US is behind in certain areas? Who said this was a race? Who gives a shit what gender your leader is? Who said anything about that to begin with?

  • ah so I see you just wanna bash me cause I said something negative about theUS not even meant to be negative just as a reminder, that the US is SHIT SCARED of socialism and communism and dont seem to know the meaning outside of the propaganda they've been fed by the government! I dont really need to convince you about my exchange year to the US, I've lived there and experienced different sides which I am implied to have an opinion about, of course I will!

  • I'm not bashing you, I'm simply having a good laugh at yet one more snotty European who thinks their shit doesn't stink. Wow, you visited here for a year! Visiting the US as a guest for a year while you were an exchange student. That's not "living" here, no matter how badly you want to believe you "lived" in the United States. Where did you work? How much did you pay in taxes? Where did you own a home? How much did you pay for car insurance? You crack me up.

  • jeee get over yourself! I was 17/18 years old and I lived with 2 different families and went to high school, senior year. I dont really give a fuck what you think. Clearly you have no defend to what I said in the first place and you're just trying to make ppl look stupid, cause you dont have shit to say! I doubt you've ever left your country and I doubt you ever will. pure ignorance, I got nothing left to say!

  • I'm sorry if getting called on your bullshit makes you so angry. Being 17 yrs old & attending high school doesn't mean you "lived" here, it means you had a yr. long vacation here. It certainly doesn't give you an educated opinion of what it's like to live in the United States. I've been to several Euopean countries as well as South America, Mexico and Canada - and NONE of my visits to any country qualifies me to pass judgment on any of them. Thanks for doing nothing but prove all my points.

  • well Im sorry to say that European thing dont stink as much, but there you have it. You sure are able to make judgments weather you believe it or not "several European counties" hm.. yeah I'll believe that when you at least know the name of them. oh, and I'm glad you felt school was a vacation, cause it sure didnt enlighten you much.

  • You'll believe that I've been to Europe if I name some countries? LMFAO! I didn't say school was a vacation, I said your one high school year spent here was a vacation, when you want me to believe it qualifies you to know what it's like to live here. Clearly I'm arguing with a child. I hope you continued your studies and are currently in college, you have a lot of growing up to do.

  • your life must be really sad and bitter seeing your comments here. My one year in the US qualified as a school year, so whats the difference? I had to work harder cause it was in a different language, makes my dumb huh? I've been though university, and also lived in Australia for 1 1/2 years. You can make your own definitions but it doesnt change the fact! You're unable to bring anything to the table yourself so what's this really about? you getting some anger out at people and feeling taller?

  • What's this really about? Refer back to my first comment to you, that's pretty crystal clear. You done having a hissy fit now? I'm not angry at all. You make me laugh.

  • keep on laughing, you got my sympathy

  • Thank you :-)

  • you're talking insurance again which just proves my point! Go read a book about it, you have no freeking content to the words coming out of your ass!

  • Yes, I am talking insurance again. That would be because it's what Ian talked about in the video, it's what Thomas (thedakkster) talked about in comments and then you agreed with in your own comments. The whole discussion was started with insurance. Are you having trouble following the bouncing ball? As for reading a book, please refer to my statement about reading books on other countries. Wow, impressive ending there. I give it a 4.3

  • "yet one more snotty European" Oh get the fuck over yourself, Michelle. Cut it out with the "little girl" bullshit too, because it's completely irrelevant.

No one is saying that socialized medicine is perfect. But socialized medicine's shit stinks a lot fucking less than the US system.

Your posts to this video are so fucking arrogant that it's pitiful. Jesus...

  • "we got a female prime mister- had our first one in the 80s already for more than 10 years. and we dont need healt isurace to be taken care of."

Good for you. You're still not American and your country is not as good as America. Now go drink a glass of milk and shut up.

  • no country is as "good" as america. It has been proven as scientific fact that every animate and inanimate object is precisely 46.31% bigger in America than it is anywhere else, and we all know that more is better: another scientific fact. Plus (generally speaking), you guys kick ass: that's why the world pretends to hate ya'll: jeleousy through and through.

  • You are awesome.

  • Black is the presence of all color! White is the absense of all color... Get it right or get off the Tube

  • You look like a homeless Andy Dick.

    No, that's not a compliment.

  • You seem less insane and drugged out. Do you still think stars are made of saltwater? Is spectroscopy still pseudoscience? Is a brown man black if lightly salted?

    Love ya, dude.

  • You people were warned. Obama fans never listened to what his campaign said. he started out at anyone under 250K gets a Tax cut, On Oct 24th he started running an Ad that said 200K then Oct 27th Biden said Obama want to drop it even further to $150K then on Oct 31 Gov. Bill Richardson, Obama Campaign surrogate said what Obama wants to do is drop it down to $120K. You people are fools you vote on celebrity status just because you dont like Bush wait till you get hit with 42% taxes again.

  • Dont believe me watch here, now that since he's president you fools might actually listen to whats going on Watch the videos and see where you screwed us all.

    watch?v=z-SavgJlBLA

    watch?v=Xwn1AjYczoI

Fools Politics should never be based on popularity BTW I voted Bob Barr I didnt vote republican but Now I wish I had. Fools

  • They won't listen until the lies start to impact their lives. Give it a year or two.

  • I give it months.

  • Anything that happens in the first year or two will be blamed on residual from Bush, and it very likely will be - Bush fucked up bad and there's quite a mess to clean up. Any mistakes Barry makes for the first 1-2 years will be blamed on Bush, that's why I give it that much time before people see what a bullshit artist Barry is. People voted for "hope" and "change" wait until they meet reality.

  • All humans are brown. Some darker brown than others, some lighter.

Obama is simply making the USA more European.

  • Why are you putting negative connoations on the word black moron. Black is badass.

  • You are absolutely correct! When you travel to other countries around the world, people are just calling you an American.

Europe has this socialism, where everyone has healthcare. If Americans stop fighting wars, they will have enough money for national health coverage.

  • Your last sentence couldn't be more off the mark.

  • Okay, if the American defense budget wasn't so ridiculously big and a part of that was dedicated to socialized medicine, the general American health would be A LOT better.

  • Thomas, defense budget and fighting wars are two different things. Even if we never again fight another war, we will always have a defense budget. Our fighting a war in Iraq and another in Afghanistan are NOT the reasons we don't have socialized medicine. So my comment stands, that guys last sentence (If Americans stop fighting wars, they will have enough money for national health coverage.) couldn't be more off the mark.

  • And no Thomas, the state of our healthcare system has NOTHING to do with fighting a war. Fighting a war has NO BEARING on our healthcare costs. Where do you guys come up with this shit?

  • I never said that fighting a war has any bearing on your healthcare. Thanks for putting words in my mouth.

  • With so many fucking replies flying around, I got your comment confused with the other guy's - between you, this dipwad here and that LITTLE GIRL from Norway, I'm reading about 20 replies, pardon me if I get one mixed up. My comment was meant for the United States of America expert living in Germany.

  • Why the namecalling? It's nothing more than childish.

  • It's not a zero sum game. If the military doesn't do what is necessary to maintain dollar supremacy, then the US currency will collapse and the world economy and world order with it. When that happens, socialized medicne will be a matter of sharing the leeches.

  • The dollar holds the world together. And the military holds the dollar together, you FOOLS! It's all paper, the world's currencies, and the only reason it's worth anything is that the dollar is as good as gold. It's no accident the terrorists attacked the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. They know.

  • You meen as good as oil ;) I agree with the connection you make but why does it seem you support a system that is based on killing people ? Do you think theres no better way for the future ? If the energy supply is sun based be it wind, solar hydro or whatever, it never runs out, comes back year after year thus no fighting over it would be nessesary and energy will always be a great backing for a currency no matter what that energy is made out of.

  • A system "based" on killing people? Herr Schnaggelpuss, any system which maintains a relative degree of order in the world will kill people, and if there is no such system, then even more people will be killed. There may be a better way in the future, but we have to live in the present where oil is king, because it's the cheapest source of energy, and the world WILL use the cheapest source. BTW, what you describe, an endless supply of energy sounds great to me, but it has the opposite...

  • characteristic needed to back a money supply, which is scarcity. You want to see inflation, try backing your money with a renewable resource. The dumbass Bush and his cohorts have given a bad name to world order, but it is their mismanagement, not the system, which has killed people unnecessarily in Iraq. One might even argue that the foolish IDEALISM of the neocons, that they could just wipe out Saddam and build a beacon of democracy in Iraq, was the good intention which paved our road to hell

  • Idealism is the most dangerous bullshit of all.

  • No, it's not off the mark. America is the only country in the Western World that spends trillions of dollars in continuous warfare. And this only enriches the bankers at the expense of ignorant Americans. The criminal Federal Reserve has financed every war, on both sides, from 1914 to the present. The public US debt is 10.5 Trillion dollars and counting. Americans need to wake up and get smart.

  • LMAO and yet another expert on America...who lives in Germany. Yes, your comment is off the mark. Continuous warfare? Not accurate, but sounds cool and certainly is dramatic, good choice.

  • Using your logic that it's because of fighting wars that the US "can't afford" socialized medicine, explain to me why socialized medicine wasn't implemented during the 8 yrs Clinton ran the country. no wars during his presidency, he slashed the military budget and even had a surplus. Using your logic, that was prime condition for socialized medicine, why didn't it happen?

  • You're the one who's closing your eyes and holding your hands over your ears while screaming "lalalalalalalalala". You're not even interested in a solution, it seems.

    You have my pity.

  • Waaah, waaah, waaaah, waaaah, waaah.

    That's you.
