  • good idea i can do it with after effects,, keep it up ;]

  • what software do you use for this?

  • Reminds me of Sub-Zero from mortal kombat.

  • After Long hours of thinking I figured out how to do it

  • how do you make it? please send me on my channel

  • ok dammit how did you do it? please tell

  • @honorher he masked himself out on certain frames and then motion tracked them into the scene. just make sure to shoot with a high shutter speed and you're set

  • @VFXftw yea i eventually figured it out but thanks mate

  • So it's freeze-frame, but with your snapshots tracked to the video, or fake handheald camera effect? Looks much better then still camera freeze-frame.

  • How you did it? please answer because is a question of life or die!

  • Yes... how todo this,,, ??? please make a capture scren creating it... isn't to much time... thank you... there are no tutorials about this, that why will be amazing... you will get million visitors...

  • @6VTV its easy...

  • LOL pause it at 0:02

  • Probably just copied 5 layers on the same film then freeze framing them at different spots cool effect

  • @pcho614 it didn't work i was doing it. but it got a wiggle effect when i do the stuff coz when u freeze it you need a longer time to freeze the 2nd the third and the last

  • How axactly did you make this? Did you roto yourself and tracked the environment?

  • Nice vid man!

  • i dont know how to do backflip before this, thanks for your video now im at hospital.

  • @JEMskaters you already earned my subscription :-) thank you

  • Wow, 92,275 views. Never thought I'd get that much view for this little test video. I have another channel here on youtube so that's why I didn't notice this video's popularity until now. So to answer all of you stupid fags who says I suck because it took me hours to make. The reason is because I used rotoscopie. And because the background is moving slightly, I wanted the "clones" edges to be perfect. So it took me a lot of time to make the masks. And yes I used motion tracking.

  • @JEMskaters Cool was just now about to search up a tut

  • 0:01 head butt

  • @TheAssasian11 spammer

  • So......It skipped 0:02

  • wow

  • add picture sound effects at each fram and try to travel across the screen more so that the freezed frames dont overlap...

  • imagine, shadow kick, or multiply attack

  • DUDE..........please can u upload the tutorial :)

  • Love the clip and ignore the brain dead comments people make!

  • Kinda makes ya feel ya left something behind, doesn't it? LOL

    Second guy: Im upside down!

    Thrid guy: Oh!

Forth guy: Are you ok Third guy!

    Fifth: Let me help!

  • Nice job!! Keep up the good work!! Tutorial perhaps?? :D

  • pause at 2 seconds

  • @themcbobgorge Hah hah so funny, he is standing behind himself, extreme anal joke, roflcopter. Calling the humour police, extreme laughter is killing me. Laughing so hard I dropped my taco and my sombrero fell off. To the max. Totally. Ah yes, such a good one, two guys standing behind each other. Totally. Hey guys, check out the buttsecks joke, this was extremely funny. Wow, the ass rape implication is tearing me apart. I can't stop laughing. I spilled my coke. There is a fire in my room. lmao!!

  • Very nice effect! My own suggestion for the easiest way to do this is (with Final Cut - I guess other NLEs will be similar):

Create as many duplicates of the clip as there will be final 'clones', one above the other in the timeline, all aligned to same start point.

Trim the first one until its desired 'freeze' moment; use a 8point garbage matte around the figure to isolate it; convert to freeze frame.

    Repeat until finished !

This will work fine as long as the background doesn't change.

  • can you upload a tutorial vid for this?

  • reminds me of a little combo move i used to do on mortal kombat lol ;P

  • lol looks like getting lagged

  • sweet!

  • i think he masked himself out and editted frame by frame

  • I think that an easy way to achieve this would be to render out the frames that you want to make static and then edit the pics in photoshop to remove everything but yourself. Then back in AE, you just slap each pic on it's respective frame and just position yourself over the version in the clip. Shouldn't take more than about 20 minutes or so...

  • Did you use any plugins in after effects?

If so what one, im really interested in doing this effect but without having to spend money ;)

  • @EnigmaVisuals I don't think he used any plugins...he just masked out the frames he wanted and linked them to null with motion tracking data. :)

  • @atgiomt Ok cool thanks for that.. Going to try and freeze some skaters now :)

  • @EnigmaVisuals Nice :D Goodluck on your video...hope to see that soon. :)

  • How do you make this?

  • please tutorial plz plz plz

  • cool!!!!

  • tutorial?

  • great stuff.. love it..

  • I can do that in 15 minutes

  • Very nice ! How did you do it ? Different frames pasted in the video ? Very cool !

  • can you make a tutorial please?

  • Cool

  • Looks like the freeze duplications that sub zero makes

  • looks like the evolution of man...kinda lol

  • jhonny cage!!!!

  • Epic...? I think so!

  • this was realy cool .. he should try it with tuck and roll :D

  • Awesome!

  • i can guess most of the people who just watched this watched freddiew's video before

  • @Mole1992 i didn't

  • allah akbar calm down bro

  • It's like watching the Olympics on CBC.

  • 2 hours for 3 seconds is ridiculous

  • @RobAndTot imagine a movie O.O

  • @jeobeahon exactly, it's a cool effect, but not worth the time

  • @RobAndTot oh

  • Comment removed

    that takes about 5 minutes

  • @leledreher

    read the description dumb shit.

  • @MickeyLBrown

yeah but even after a while not working with afterfx it shouldnt be to hard to duplicate the layer a few times and freeze them

  • @MickeyLBrown nah man he couldn't get the backflip down (;

  • @MickeyLBrown it' not 1or 2 hours dude , it just 5 or 10m , you know nothing about after effects ;)

  • @HITLER20021

  • @MickeyLBrown ah sorry i was looking to the gay who jump like a shit , that's why I forget to read it u dumb shit

Doesn't that make you the dumb shit?

    Stop posting fucktard.

  • Répondre à cette vidéo... needs some slow mo

  • @MickeyLBrown

Man, even with handheld footage like this one this effect can be easily achieved in maybe ten minutes. Just rotoscope the single dudes out ( which shouldn't be too hard with with a shutter speed of 1/250 or even shorter) and then motion track the scene and set the data to a null object. Then link the dudes to the Null object and done. Easy as that. No big deal actually.

It doesn't even look like if it was colour corrected.

  • @LukasVideosify

    I don't give a fuck.

  • @MickeyLBrown if he used chroma key, which i doubt, it'd be like... 2 or 3 minutes.

  • @Lechoni21

    good for him.

  • @MickeyLBrown Very constructive comment... Please try to realise that he is an amateur, and that this particular clip can easily be done in less than 10 minutes.

  • @GetawayFilms

    Please realize I don't give a fuck.

  • sweet!

  • Badass!!

  • well done

  • siiikkkkkk
